Somehow I Still Love You

Daddy why didn't you stay?
I wish you were here today.
Together I wish we could play.
Why can't you take care of me like mom do?
Don't you know I need you?
After all these years and you're still not here.
When I want you near.
You never call.
Sometimes I wonder if you care at all.
But my mom lets me know you do.
So I still got love for you.
Even though I can't get a hold of you.
Will I ever see you?
Cause I heard I look just like you.
But sadly to say, I don't remember you.
But somehow I still love you.

Mom Does the Best She Can

Mom takes care of me,
The best she can.
She always puts me in god's hands.
We have long talks and short walks.
She buys me cloths and takes me to church.
She buys me gifts,
Even though it's not my birthday.
So what can I say?
She pray over me everyday.
Cards and board games we also play.
We even jump rope
Which is kinda dope.
We make jokes.
We watch movies together.
Even when she's feeling under the weather.
She lets me know God loves me,
She loves me and my daddy does too.
Which helps me when I'm feeling kinda blue.

A Prayer

I pray that God will help others, who are not a christian.
Don't be afraid to ask God what you need.
God will help you whatever you need to pray on like your
Health, families, neighborhood, teachers, principals, and yourself.
Ask God what you need in a prayer.
A prayer will be answered by God.

Mom Takes Care of Me

She buys me cloths.
She feeds me.
Prays over me.
Watch movies with me.
Jump ropes with me.
And gives me gifts.
I don't even have enough room to write the list.
But I will say this,
She always tells me how God loves me
And how she loves me too.
Momie I love you too,
Even when I'm doing things I shouldn't do.
I love you.
