Would You?

if I could take you anywhere
to the ends of the milky way
a roller coaster on the sun
scuba diving on Jupiter
flying through the mountains
with a magic carpet on Pluto
to the edge of Saturn's rings
in a bubble under the deepest seas
farther away than light could reach
would you go with me?
Not because of the adventure
but because you simply
want to be with me
for no other reason than
to look me in my grey blue eyes
and tell me you love me

The Whole Thing. . .

Why do you look at me
like that
why do you taunt me so
when you know
that every time you do
I fall in love
with the same you
that isn't in love
with the same me

we both know that
we can never be
the same as we were
because of mistakes
that we both made
that neither of us
are willing to forget
even though
we both know
that there will always
be a place
in both our hearts
reserved especially for the other
that can never be filled
with anything except
the piece of the heart
that the other has
and wants to keep
but doesn't want
the whole thing

When It Rains

when it rains
the thunder makes me think of
your heart beating in my ear
the lightning makes me think of
the sparkle of your eyes when you saw me
but the rain makes me think of
how much I cried when you said it was over. . .

I Love the Rain

I Love the Rain
Because we danced in it together
I Love the Rain
Because it's where we had our first kiss, but most of all
I Love the Rain
Becasue You can Cry in it, and no one would know

Us

We are all changing
It's not like I didn't expect it
I just didn't know it would all happen at once
We all have changed over the summer
Some a little and some a lot
We have changed for different reasons
Dating sports or other things that we did
And now we don't
It seems like everyone is changing
Except me
Like I'm stuck in a whole and no one is around
Like no one cares and they left
I don't want it to be like this
We thought we were friends for life
Now I guess we find out
That we were wrong
But we need to be we have to be. . .
No we arent and we have to deal with it
Or fix it
What happened to those times when we use to
Just hang out
Laughing at anything
Those times are over now and
We have no one to blame but ourselves
It is all our faults
And its because of the decisions we have made
Some good some bad
And its too late to change them now
Because we cant go back
To what we use to have
Or what we thought we had
And what we have lost
Forever
All we have now
Are the Memories
Memories of
What use to be
So Don't Ever Forget
What we use to have
Becasue then
It Will be lost
And No one
Will Remember
Us
