Cat and Mouse

The cat can chase

The mouse can run

Circling around circles

 Twisting around and around

Bending this way and that way

Till we reach death

Mind

Whirls and swirls
Drooling out a chime
Playing along the tined walls of my mind
Eyes in a twist brain in a knot
What I memorize is not what they recall
Think one can know me?
Look once more into my mind
Locks and docks
Stones and untamed bridges
knocking doors and screaming windows
All shatter once they are able
Everything goes without a second thought
In this darken blue mass of an object lost
Clouding storm circle like waiting sharks
My mind, my thoughts, my heart all go with no beat and no flow to follow

Mother

With these rocky planes there is gold to mine mother!

But look said mother, look at my beautiful trees and plains. Look at my never ending sky and mountains that try to reach, and look at my beautiful green.

Ah, but Mother I fancy a different green that does not come from you.

So then as it goes chomp, chomp, brick, brick, brick and that was the end of dear old’ Ma.

Down with her green but replaced with other.

Special Place

Beautiful, pretty, gorgeous all describe something to behold but what if my happy place was not with flowers?

Not with birds or trees.

Not with roads that go to the unknown.

Not with street lights that light up my night.

No with hills or fancy wear.

Not with a chandelier.

My place is a place so close yet so far.

Its her face like a thousand stars.

Her kind lips twist up into a curl to show the one I want to hold.

Her eyes are the only Tv id stick to. With action and drama all in one big bow.

Her hair like the softest of baby blankets woven with a mother’s love.

She is my special place for only me to love.
