Rise and Shine

Hinge at the waist
Pivot on your gluteus maximus
And put your feet on the floor
Empower your thighs
And raise your center of gravity
Congratulations
You have succeeded
In getting out of bed

20-20 Vision

Open your eyes
Open your ears
Feel with your heart
Evaluate, analyze, scrutinize
Using the absolute instrument of truth
Will gain you enlightenment
And expansion
Of the mind!
And the path to
A larger capacity hard drive
In your head!

Three Kinds of People ,

Which are you ?
A spewer ?

     or
An absorbent ?

Looking Back

It might have been dumb, but it was fun
And for those who snicker and sneer
Their fun is done

Beware

Be Bear Aware
Or you may be the meal
Of an aware bear
That's the last thing you need
To have a big grizzly
Sitting in your chair
Drinking your beer
With his paws on
Your keyboard
Oh, and didn't I mention
He kept the hide
And put in a zipper!
What's worse?
A man in a bear suit?
         Or
A bear in a man suit?

Jellystone Salon

Be bear aware
Be prepared
Bring bear spray
And a nail file, too

In case you see the bruin
And she wants you to style her hair
And while you're at it
You can give her a pedicure, too.

Outlook Workout

the muscles in your forehead
control your eyebrows
and your outlook
so just know to look beyond your brow
if you know how !

Sunken Sailor

Tie one on
Yesterday I went to port
Today I'm going to court
I'm just a sad sailor
And I'm in jail
That's all I know

Greedy Investor

I asked the Wall Street executive
If he would like a mint
And he said
No thank you,
I already have the ability
To mint money
A Wall Street nirvana!
