Always For Guidance

When I'm lost and so alone for help I need not pick up a phone. You’re always
there to lend a helping hand; you look for nothing much in return, and never a
bunch of demands. For your guidance I am thankful every day for your love is so
precious it has made me an addict. Even though my prayers are sometimes
quiet sporadic. There you are every time. Your commandments are the rules in
which you want us to live. And when we don't and we fall short of your grace there
you are still willing to forgive. Why you ask well it’s all right there. The bible is an
adventure in which none can ever compare from the beginning to the end of time
no worries of fate, money, or lies. You wrote the story of all mankind. How we as
a people shall begin life and die. When we chose to follow the book you wrote
for us our lives would be better and this you can trust. Your guidance will see us
from beginning to end and lord with your love and guidance we will begin to
descend to a higher level of love and understanding. No one said it would be
easy is really very demanding. But when we reach your hand oh it will be the
greatest thing. Taken to the path of the righteous is what loyalty will bring.
Dedicated to my father who told me “When kids have praying parents they don't
have a prayer of a chance!”

Hopes and Dreams

I look in your eyes and all I see, As I look beneath the surface is a little me! You
have all the hopes and aspirations in the world. You are so precious to me, worth
more then a pearl. What will you grow to be? A lawyer, maybe a doctor to take of
me? Well, I don't care what you choose what ever you do you can never lose. You
see I had dreams so long ago but as I got older the just seemed to up and go. I
search near and far and I looked at you and began to see an angel in disguise
looking back at me. All my hopes and desires in the world wrapped up with a
bow in two little girls.
