Have you been to
The ghetto
People know 
How to let go
Music playing
People swaying
To another day
In a poor man's paradise

There is no one
That you don't know
Even the hungry
Hobo
You help because
You don't know
When the day comes
You'll knock on his door

Have you been to 
The ghetto
Sometimes scary
Sometimes fun
Sometimes you are
On the run
And when the day is done
You're glad 
You're not the only one

In the ghetto
Music playing
People swaying
To another day
In a poor man's
Paradise..

the sound
a pen makes
as it falls
to the floor

the breeze
go gently by

open the door

music playing

drops of water
rolling down
