When We Were Young

We run when it rains

We lie on the ground

And stare at those stars

You said its 5000 stars up there

And I was eight

And believe you of course

You were nine that time

Two years after that I asked you

I say

"How did you know"

Then you said

"know what"?

About the stars,

"I count it", she said

"I dont believe you", I said

Then you say:

"I dont care, you want some ice cream"

Then we both walk towards your place

It was cold that time

And your father was on the terrace

Smoking his half lighted cigarette

And said hi to him

He said hello

Vanilla that was the ice cream

You manage to stretch your hand

And made a loud sigh when you at last

had a grip on the ice cream

I remember sitting

While watching you preparing

A two scoop of ice cream for me

And just one for you

"We need to be equal" , I said

"Whats the point?", she said

"Nothing, its not fair for you", I said

"It is fair, because Im on a diet

I want to be a model someday.

And you need to eat more

Cause your going to be

my bodyguard" she said

Young Looking Lady In the Tunnel

As I passed on
The sign on
The chair that says:
Martin place

A young looking lady
With brown hair
And blue dress
Smile at me.

I myself smile at her
As a response
And I think its a very reational response
Instantly about 5 seconds
Our eyes f*c*k.

She didn't say word
I got some of it
In my head
Unspoken though

Then the tunnel exhales
Wind sweeping
On her perfume
Only small amount
I could smell

The train blows its breath
And its approaching like a bull
Then it stops in front of her

She expand her chest
And I can hear my eyes screaming
For her to stay there
And continue this sensual
Eye romance
Just for one minute

Strangely I think
She heard my inner scream
She stop and give a smile
But her feet takes her
towards the train

The door close
As she disappear
I Try to look for any resemblance of her
I think it was also blown by the train
Even her scent was gone.

Now Im alone
i felt like smoking
I grab my left pocket
And I still have a half of it
The cigarette

I lit a stick
Rode the escalator
I feel like walking on
the crowded street of George street.

Maybe I will one day
see her agin
hundred days from now
This
young looking lady
With blue dress who smile at me.

The Lift

Do you like it?
The silence inside the lift.

Yesterday while on my way to work
there we stand quietly and steadily
Inside the lift

I used to call it elevator
at the age of four
But they call it Lift in here,
Down under.

Some with earphones and
Some with cell phones

A man with a suit
A young student,
with too much make up.
A blonde lady,
with too strong perfume.
A delivery boy
with too red shirt that says "pizza hut"
and I staring at number five

Everyone is avoiding
and trying
and avoiding
Each others eyes

She inhales
I exhales
He stares at the floor
The girl plays with her phone

A sound of a moving lift
And a voice that says " Level five"
was just so sweet in deed

Some thought
it was awkward silence
But I thought maybe
Just maybe
there's a little beauty
on this kind of silence

Genuine silence
So quiet
While I am surrounded
With Billions of thoughts

Perhaps it is,
Or maybe not
Awkward

I don't know!
Who knows?
Nobody, not even uncle Ben nor
Aunt Lisa.

But hey I'll ask you
Do you enjoy it? Will you enjoy it?
Or maybe disturb it?
Or talk to that Blonde lady
And ask her to use
Mild perfume?
Or sing a song?
Or whistle

But that time
I just enjoyed it
the silence inside the lift.

A Five Minute

Time start now
I have to make this poem
Oh wait I only got
4 minutes left

Well every second counts
If your trying to survive the desert I guess
Then she sat beside me and said:
What the F**k are you doing
Are you crazy?

And I said I guess so
Did you cook already
Im hungry
She said:
And your f**king lazy

Then I said:
Oh sorry love one more minute
Then Ill stand up
Ill watch the dishes for you
feed the the cats for you
and as well as our gold fish

10 second left
my brain stuck up
now this is the
5 minute poem my love
Come here and give me kiss

2:10 An Om

The afternoon moon
The night sun
mixed and combined
Holding hands

Birds walk
Cow fly

Rain flow
Sea fall

Then why are you
Alright?
Then why aren't
we did you smile
or laugh or cry.

We don't know what
And how and when and who?

In the night you
cant close your eyes.

In the morning you cant
afford to wake up.
