An Egyptian Queen

An Egyptian Queen

As I Fall asleep within this hour
To slowly leave this realm
I see my mother with serenity and great power
She is calm and ready to take the helm

Like queen Nefertiti, she sits upon a high throne of golden wood
It seems as if she has crossed over into another life
She has a high crown upon her head and is not misunderstood
Here at last; there is peace, love, happiness and no strife

I stare intently at her face
She looks ageless, beautiful and humble
And I feel that she belongs in this place
As she speaks to me, without even a murmur or a mumble.

Now i know that she is perfectly alright
And I hope that she is in seventh Heaven
Because she has fought the good fight
And must be in another dimension as she moves towards the number eleven

The message she tries to send me
I hear without her voice
She tells me to go on living, stop being sad and be free
And that I must remember, I have a choice

The path that I must take is very clear
For she has gone home to be with the father and the Father
And can no longer live in this dimension down here
So she says goodbye and fades away, my mother.

There Is No Glory In War

There is no Glory in War

In the far reaches of the Earth
Since the time of Jesus's birth
There have been wars and rumors of wars
And even stories about the god of war from Mars

Because of religion and territorial claims, wars have been waged
Like a game of chess, most of these wars have been staged
From WW1 to WW2, Palestinian/Israeli conflict and the Vietnam situation
Many lost dreams, lost lives, hands lifted to heaven in supplication

Traumatic injuries, missing limbs; arms, feet and no end in sight
As nations flex their powerful arms, to show their military might
The absence of beauty or romance, only the pain of death and destruction
No peace, no happiness, no love, no joy, no satisfaction

As nations fight, the horrible sounds of rattling sabers
Can be heard, as people cry, beg, plead and ask for favors
Countries now hurry to build and move conventional arms and nuclear devices
And nations with hidden agendas, threaten each other, with economic war and evil vices

High up above the Earth, satellites are placed in the sky
As men intend to fight, their wars from on high
Wisdom and fair judgment is lacking,in such an elevation
And patience and mercy is wanting from psalms to revelation

War does not build skyscrapers, but destroy, erase people's history, kill and maim
Some should stop fight these desperate wars and put the warriors to shame
In past wars and hellish endeavors, the people gone before
Cry out in anguish, for peace on Earth, from that distant and lonely shore

The people who come home from those distant places
Most are now insane, scared for life; horror on their faces
War begets war, and the problems still remain
This is the vision of the future, the tiger cannot be tamed.

Spring

Spring

The buds slowly peek into the sunlight
As flowers bloom inside the verdant pastures
Among the slowly winding, silvery, gurgling stream
The yellow daffodils sway back and forth, caress by the whistling wind

Beside the pasture, early in the morning, the birds are now moving
With many chattering, chirping and dancing through the trees
Winter has loosen his cold tentacles
And beards are no longer seen

The rays of sun cast a beautiful light on the wet grass
And even the the squirrels and the chipmunks find food to eat
There is new growth everywhere and excitement in the air
All is well, there is a hint of a cool summer breeze

Mysterious Object

Mysterious Object

In the middle of the night
Sleeping in my bed
To see this huge craft in flight
A vision in my head

A huge cigar-shaped object
Moving from east to west
Words cannot describe this subject
I am afraid, this is not a test

From the direction of the Hudson
Or the Jersey shore
This is the second cousin
Of the first in two, I am very sure

Over the Bronx, a hundred feet
A people sleeping late
Have no idea, they are about to meet
A horrible fate

Angels Without Wings

Angels Without Wings

Sometimes there are angels at our doorstep
Who are sent from heaven above
Angels from Earth, at our doorstep
Who are here to guide us and show us love

They often show up in the darkest night
When danger is just around the corner
And nothing seem to be going right
Believe in love, mercy and the avid learner

There are things which are not easily understood
When in a life-and-death situation
Think of all the people who could help, and that eternal good
This is not the only time to call on the master of creation

If in the raging ocean and drowning in the sea of despair
Sinking deeper into this place of no return
A powerful hand that seem to guide with great care
Suddenly, gasping for air upon the sands, the flesh to burn

A man who stands beside that almost life-less body, he is heaving and shaking
To smile, walk away and disappear into the distance
It must be a Heavenly or an Earthly angel in the making
Happy to rest on this beach, without any resistance

The Message

The Message

In the far-reaching depths of the ocean
That could cover Mount Everest
In life, one thinks that one has all the answers to each emotion
But what has happened before, is not a fleeting jest

The Aztec and the Inca believe that the Earth speaks
She tries to tell of the changes of the past
Planetary Earth change, floods and major leaks
But this season will never last

For there will be a new beginning
And an ending of this time
When man will be apt to see the shining
As hope, prayer and destiny will be fine

The eyes are the mirror to the soul
So reason and virtue clear
In time, one day, she will be whole
And death, disease and destruction never more to fear

Greed, hatred, anger and covetousness is a dangerous thing
Jealousy, Envy and pride will lead to utter destruction
So all should be humble, be ever ready to pray, dance and sing
For the past technologies are here again to help in man's construction

Before one awaken the Earth's wrath
And the natural resources of land, water, gold and oil which men fight over
Should chose a more spiritual path
Remember the message of the ancient peoples, and take cover

Rwanda

Rwanda

And man will fight with murder and destruction
When peace and negotiation can go no further
Heaven shed many tears; to see that man
Does not even try to find peace if he can

For man has turned against each other
Heaven is full of sadness; and brother against brother
Humanity await his greatest fall
While heaven pray for us all

In the midst of this madness and pain
Everyone should remember Abel and Cain
Save six thousand;one man, General De Lare
Risk his life, has love to share

As Belgium rules Rwanda, the child
The sibling rebels, revolts and runs wild
The Rwandan president is dead; his plane is shot
All hell breaks loose and the temperature gets hot

The Hutus, supporters of the foreign government
Decide to bring genocide on the peaceful Tutsis without armament
Men women and children, are mowed down with machete and guns
And so instead of helping, the Belgian army runs

France, Italy, Belgium and the Vatican see the massacre of a peaceful people
The catholic church loses its steeple
They turn their backs, turn up their noses
The people die and their families are forced to smell the roses

To take their ex patriots, the French, Italian and Belgian appear
And after they leave, hardly a Tutsi is found standing there
The United Nations Pull out, no diplomacy, no oil, no solution
Things turn seriously grave, the Tutsis are swallowed up in this revolution

When eight hundred thousand Africans dead
All across the world, not a tear is shed
In every nation, love leaves, and enters hate
Atlantis revisit, as man does not see his terrible fate

How I Travel To the Moon

How I Travel to the Moon

As I sleep, I travel to the moon
Do not know what to expect
Or if I will be returning soon
Surprise to say, some may think that this "planet" is a reject

I find myself upon this escarpment
Looking to the north, I see a glass building two stories tall
This is a greenhouse, and two young children in predicament
A huge Bengal tiger upstairs, waiting for them to fall

These human aliens silently cry out for help
So I intend to put my life on the line, to save these strangers
I cannot bear to see them eaten, and their remains put upon a shelf
To be certain, I am ready to face extreme pain and many dangers.

So I quickly move upstairs; I calm the tiger down
One boy, one girl; so scared, so frozen in time
I talk kind words to these kids and swiftly lead them to the ground
To rescue two kids from certain death, but the glory is not mine

A Miscarriage Baby

A Miscarriage Baby

I use to work in Yonkers
With this nice lady
In this store
At the bottom of this hill

This beautiful lady about to take a vacation
A friendly Hispanic woman
Of great honor and nobility
This day, she sees me and gives me a bear hug

In the night, I am sleeping
And promptly awaken by this sight
She is holding a baby in her arms,
The baby does not look at her

Baby is about two weeks old
Small head, cute face and curly black hair
The baby is trying to tell me,
Something is wrong

Next day I meet this lady
I tell her all about my dream
She is sad and slowly talk,
Of a miscarriage she had, just a few weeks ago

Trying Times

Trying Times

Let there be peace in the Middle East and the Far East
For the war that is, should never be
And friend and enemy sit down to have a feast
Then nations in suspense, await the results to see

When one nation learn to put down it's arms
The Universe will rejoice in contentment
Find wisdom in the proverbs and the psalms
And nation will not look at nation in utter resentment

Even though one is given free will
It is the content of one's character
Therein, resides the power to change one's destiny still
And great understanding determines where one goes in the hereafter

For there is a karmic price one nation has to pay
And for the one who has no conscience, no love
There will be a time to suffer one day
As judgment reigns down on every nation, from above

These are the days of trying times
When time itself and the Spring Equinox seem to be upside down
A near time in which all humanity and nations are judged for their crimes
All evil goes and goodness comes to town

And some will reward evil with good, this should be duly cherish
Think not of the wrongs done in the past or one will soon perish
But forgive, let it be known, let it be understood
For the reigning King of t he Universe will appear and, he could
