Treisha Williams Poem
You could run to a well armed man
Standing tall with a gun in his hand
You could run to a ferocious beast unchained
You could take an airplane high
Or try to climb trees reaching the sky
You could dig tunnels deep
Make concrete bars so steep
Bar every door close every opening
You can’t escape , you just cant escape
For I will never miss an appointment
Your pain will surrender you to me
And you’ll just have to sit cool and
calm right here in my dentist chair

Treisha Williams Poem
I want to peg you away
and stablish you on my lips
until the break of day
I'll slowly take a sip
I want to peel you
as you reminisce in your care
I'll hold you
and tear away your fear
My fat juicy and clean
loving you is easy
your taste so serein
so refreshing, so squeezy
I want to strip away your bark
hold you close to my heart
light away your dark
and moment by moment take you apart

Treisha Williams Poem
As far as I can see
This wet was meant to be
like the dew on flowers
like the ocean for fish
like river for crawfish
I feel so good and free
I get so wet, so wet
from head to toe I know
I tremble and quivver
I linger and linger
under the fountain stay
soaking up this freshness
feeling out of control
enjoying the cold heat
Every drop, every beat
My imagination
of love spread out like sea
you and me together
this love was meant to be

Treisha Williams Poem
I sat down and rowed back in time
down streams of my own poetry
to moments when words rushed like the sea
when syntax broke free like
days when thoughts broke like a new spring
and each line like a song to sing
i hope this journey never endS
I'm so happy, I'm overwhelmed.

Treisha Williams Poem
I remember how she watered my mind
Like a tender plant she nurtured my soul
My mind bamboozled by her many words
You can make it, you can make it
No clichés she says metaphors are wise
I never hesitate stories I create
I unfold like a flower, words break free
I blossom and bloom in literature
Her voice a mentor to the words I write
My pen my closest friend, I hold her dear
Many words like the sun shining down on me
I bask in the presence of poetry
I hear her voice clean and clear in my ear
Her praise sits on me like a butterfly
Pen to paper becomes an easy task
I grow and glow spreading my own petals

Treisha Williams Poem
Whenever my emotions get the better of me, I write
Putting pen to paper becomes an easy task
Whether it’s morning noon or night
In the presence of mine own lyrics I bask
I become nearly another individual
In the company of me
I find passion that’s more than usual
Subjects in their multiplicity must be
My heart bamboozled by words
I express my inner most thoughts
My pen becomes my sword
Like an army victorious in battles fought
I never hesitate
I will not procrastinate
For sometimes distractions comes knocking at my gate
And I don’t want to cry too late! My God too late!

Treisha Williams Poem
My life's a glass of lemonade
for some days, like lime, are sour
and other days, lovely and sweet
that's really why I'm so complete

Treisha Williams Poem
he opened the drapes to my soul
and gently stepped into my life
dusting my lonliness away
bright shining light into my day
removing cobwebs here and there
slowly mopping my fears to nought
painting a smile upon my face
so calm and clear my heart in cheer

Treisha Williams Poem
One day a little boy
the price he had to pay
Lost his toy
To a bully by the way
Running home in tear and fear
He thought nobody really care
In and straight upon the bed
The little lad then laid his head
Then he cried himself to sleep
There he had a dreadful dream
He climbed upon a hill so steep
Saw a monster had to scream
His mother in the other room
Ran to save and rescue him
In her hand she had a broom
I wonder who had troubled Tim
Tim awoke with dreadful pace
Grabbed his mom and held her tight
Mother had a funny face,
The boy had caused her such a fright
Mom I had a real tough day
A boy took my toy and ran away
Don’t worry my son for he will pay
I’ll buy you a dog by the name of Ray
The boy was happy after that
Though he named the dog Lil’ Sprat
One day he had another toy
Guess who he saw? The bully boy!
On he went right down the street
Flirting his toy in his hand
Lil’ Sprat grinding his teeth
But still On him the bully land
One growl was made by the angry dog
The bully ran and cried out lawd!
From that day on Tim was free
His toys were safe and so was he.

Treisha Williams Poem
Oh cant you see?
He had such love
for me?
The king of glory in
his plan
Came to earth to
redeem man.
Like a dove from up
above
Christ descended
with his love
Robed in flesh he
was revealed
Souls to save and
lives to heal.
Mary being a humble
girl
Brought the savior
of the world
On she took the
blessed role
To carry a peaceful
gentle soul
Only a stable could
be found
There his precious
love abound
Mary who journeyed
long and hard
Gave birth to Jesus
Christ our Lord
So purely Jesus laid
in a manger
The mighty God, my
savior
Isaiah declared he’d
be a stranger
Love and peace
covered all over
Shepherds came to
worship him
Born the precious
holy king
From the east the
wise men came
Gifts they brought
to bless his name
Now today my God is
he
Forever more he’d
always be
Praise to him I’ll
always give
I know my God
forever lives.
