Ty Porter Poem
I gaze deep inside your tear struck lives
to view the world inside the lies.
outside are walls built to bide
beneath the fears you cannot hide,
Worries, wares, will get you naught
for I can break through perils wrought
This powers strong, so vivid,
through battles fought
I can't control this strength of God.
Its easy to know, to see your soul
for what lies below the facade you show.
Invade, Intrude, give, and take
Your feelings, thoughts, and heart of gold.
No one but I can quench your thirst
for want, for need, for the unknown,
the fire that dries your souls drenched dreams
of loving, laughing, living indeed.
The Doors that allow my entrance bold
are the start, the end, and centerfold.
In past, in present, in future told
Me of the pain you still hold.
I will reside, stay a while
inside your heart filled with denial
and change your motive
erase regret, As I wander
In your eyes
