My Father

I miss you dad every single day
The wonderful Times I remember
Are the times we spent together going
To dinner and church
The times I will cherish always on this earth
Your gentle ways and smiles and hugs
Made Life worthwhile for this is true
Forever you are missed in my heart and soul
But the forever is Heaven and you are there basking
In the Light of the Lord
I miss you dad and loved you so much
But eternity is yours to no longer hurt
Cancer is what took you far too soon
I am always remembering your hugs and
I loved you so much too.
Eternity is there for you now and forever
Remember I love you and Kisses from here
to you in the forever they call Heaven from earth

Lifetime

There is a limited amount of time we have
Enjoy the moments while we can
Life seems to be so busy and fast
Its amazing how time passes
It was told to me once that life really goes
After we have reached high school
Its amazing that the lifetime we have
We need to remember to live it and enjoy
The lifetime we have is so wonderful and great
The lifetime we have is a blessing for whatever we do
Remember the wonderful times we share with friends and family
Rememeber when we are sitting in that rocking chair years from now
The Lifetime we passed on to our closest family
Remember to tell that story again and again, for the lifetime of rememberances
Will go on and on

Love For My Father

I sometimes sit and wonder, dad are you with me? and are you sad?
I think of the time I had with him here on earth
He was a this frail, little man who loved the Lord
He certainly did all he could, he loved yellow for he stood out in a crowd
My dad was a wonderful person and friend
You just had to do for him, he was always so happy and never sad
To have some help from time to time, he loved you to come see him
He was a true man of God
He went to church and gave all he had
He never had extravagant things
He loved the basics of having furniture and clothes
When I gave him the rocking chair for Fathers Day in 2008,
Little did I know he was getting ready to leave this earth
I remember being so very happy to see, the smile on his face
When I would come near
The thing I am trying to express for all of us is to love your fathers and
Give them your trust
For you never know that this little man from God in yellow
He may still be sitting in the church he loved.
I remember always my father he was, the light of my life and now he is with the
Lord above
Love your fathers and let them know that you truly love them so.....

Barry Manilow

I remember all the songs, the songs of love and broken hearts
The music that I adore, soft, gentle and a caring flow
Thoughts from present and past
The wonderful melody of long lost loves
The caring words and admissions of love
I to this day love, to be serenaded by Barry Manilow

Heavens Door

There is a light that we can see
When we are on our journey to eternity
We see the stairs one by one.
The other side we can see the light
The light of the doorway is open we can tell
The figure in the light is a blur for a short while
We walk and walk up to the door, the light
is bright but never hurts to see
We walk up and up and see the figure the light
so bright but the Lord awaits
He holds out His hand so envitingly
Is there something you want to tell me Oh Lord?
We reach the top of the stairs finally, taking
the Lords Hand to enter into our eternity
What better place to walk and see. the Lord
and me going to eternity

Wonderful Husband

I have a husband that is so true and kind
I wouldnt know what do to without this great treasure
I have been married going on 32 years, there isnt a thing
I would change of the marriage we have.

We have truly had our ups and downs, He is wonderful
and truly ever so kind,
He always tries to make our lives great, the trips
he plans and all that he gives

There isnt a person I know who would do, all the little things
this is so true,

He cooks and cleans and makes our house a home, There is nothing
I need that he doesnt provide

If I were to go tomorrow, I would know, that the love
I had through the years, I would feel going on into eternity

If you happen to get mad about stuff, take a break and realize
that maybe life isnt so tough

To have a love and a soulmate for life, is the greatest
gift that the Lord could possibly give.

No matter day or night, remember to say I love you and kiss every
night,

When you leave to go off to work during the day, be sure to hug and kiss and
the words will always be. I love you and have a good day

Relaxing Beach

The beach of summer so hot and wonderful
Splashing in the ocean waves
The finding of shells and feet walking along the sand
Fulfilling our desire for more
Relaxing sun and sea breeze through our hair
Wonderful days of mornings, afternoon breezes
Makes us forget our troubles even if its only a little while
Sun, sand, breeze, cool relaxing ocean waves
Makes a wonderful postcard for sure

Bruce Kevin

MY STORY IS LONG AND OH SO SAD
HEROIN WAS HIS TRUE DEMISE

HE WORKED VERY LITTLE BUT THE FACT
IS KNOWN, HEROIN WAS THE CHOICE FOR
NOT ALCHOHOL ALONE

HE WAS A GOOD PERSON REALLY HE WAS
FOR HELPING OTHERS HE TRIED TO DO

HE WAS A POOR SOUL, THAT HAD LOST HIS WAY
WHAT A SHAME HE HAD SO MUCH PAIN

REMEMBERING BRUCE WHEN WE WERE GROWING UP
HIS HEART WAS GOOD AND HE HAD SO MUCH

A HOME, A CAR AND PARENTS WHO CARED

BUT THE DRUGS WON HIM OVER, HIS POOR SOUL IN NEED

HE DID TAKE MONEY AND STOLE THINGS, FROM THE FAMILY MY
DAD OH WHAT A MESS IT WAS TO HAVE BEEN FOR HIM

HE DIED ON MEMORIAL DAY 2003, LET US REMEMBER THAT OTHERS
ARE AT RISK AND I WAS TO TELL THE STORY OF BRUCE LIKE HE WANTED
TO INSTRUCT OTHERS TO BE OFF THIS HORRIBLE TRAIN
THE TRAIN THAT LED HIM TO SELF DESTRUCT,

BUT THE WONDERFUL
THING ABOUT MY BROTHER BRUCE
HIS KIND HEART AND SOUL WAS THE THING HE TRULY HAD THE MOST OF

WHAT A WASTE OF A HUMAN BEING WHO KNEW, THE HEARTACHE AND PAIN OF THE
DRUG CALLED HEROIN

Gratitude To a Soldier

I know you are fighting hard right now
The light that shines around you
Is the light of a fighter
You are one in a million and no one can
See that you are truly fighting for all of our families
You love your country and are dedicated to the USA
Your love and devotion shows truly every single day
May I say from the bottom of my heart
You are loved, needed and cherished for all time
In the book of the Lord up above, I hope you know
You will be remembered and admired for all eternity
Thank you for your dedication, devotion and fighting
For our country and our rights as being a great part of
The USA!

Andrea Larison

What a wonderful mom in law I have
She is kind and caring in so many ways
She shows kindness at every turn
She says I love you without hesitation
And always has concern
She is wonderful and I love her so
Andrea is going to be 99 this year!
She has given the world to her sons
And no daughters, but she has
The best sons in the world I can say,
I married david her wonderful son,
Its been 35 years together for he is just like her
Its a treasure in this world I can say, for andrea
My mom in law had been robbed 3 times and had to move away
Away from her home but she stood just as strong
She has been graced by the Lord above
By getting to live with her sister in peace
For this little older lady has so much grace that she said without
Hesitation this is now my home and my new place
I cannot tell you how much it means to have my mom in law and me
