I Miss

The closeness we shared, The laughter, The need to be together, The wanting to be, The playfulness, The wishes, The Dreams, We shared. You have pulled away. I pushed you away. Being to needy, To Clinging, To honest about My Feelings.... You felt trapped To much responsibility I am Sorry. Not for Loving you, For Smothering you. Wanting more than you could give.. I Miss US...

My Soul Mate

I will never believe that,
mere luck brought us together.
We came into each others lives,
When we needed each other the most.
Suddenly every day became brighter,
The troubles we faced, a little lighter.
There was a mutual and beautiful bond
Between us from the very start.
Unquestioned, Unbreakable!
Loving you has been easy to do.
Because of you, I discovered
The beauty of Life and Love again,
Thank you for being You!
My Soulmate, My Love, My Life.

Lifes' Mystery

Sitting here wandering why.
Life must be so cruel.
To play the game of give and take
And me turn out the fool.
To seek not find, to want never get.
Let me lose my mind,
God let me win this bet.
The lessons You've tried to teach,
I have always tried to learn.
Yet happiness, stays just out of reach
Will it ever be my turn?
I have always cared for others,
And never questioned why.
Lord now I am so tired,
To tired to even try.
Tired of the loneliness.
Tired of a tortured heart.
Tired of the emptiness,
This Pain is tearing me apart.
I don't want to just exist,
If Life holds nothing for me.
The eagle soars on high,
My soul is finally free.

Only You

A lot of people know the surface side of me, the outside.
But there is another side, the inside, that people never see.
It's a part filled with a thousand thoughts,
A part that embraces love, and cherishes friendships.
That understands, without the need for words.
A part that has yearnings, desires, and prayers.
The inside of me has so many moods, that the outside never shows.
For once in my life though, I trust someone explicitly.
Care about him in an unexplainable way.
I feel like it is ok to let that someone in...
To let them see me emotionally and physically as natural as can be.
I have given myself to you, without inhibitions..
Shared with you things I have never told another living soul.
You are the one person who has seen me trembling and afraid.
You are the one I want beside me I am happy and my spirit is soaring.
I trust you with my innermost secrets, but most of all with my heart.
This sharing is the most wonderful dimension my soul has ever known.
Only You know the real me..and I am scared!
To open myself, makes me vulnerable, it opens my heart to pain...
And my soul to extinction...

Shattered

For months you said you would break me
That was what you were trained to do.
I laughed at your confidence, the wall to my heart was secure!
We talked we teased we laughed, we enjoyed the company.
We learned about each other, we filled a certain need!
Was it all a game plan, just to prove your skills?
To hear me say "I love you", then move in for the kill.
Did I have to trust you, why did I have to care?
Did I have to love you. With a heart, vowed not to share!
I tried so hard to leave you, you would not let me go.
You pulled me back with promises..
All lies. I did not know. You sent.. "Our Song"
Hear the words, open your heart. let my love in.
Let me take away your hurt, let the healing now begin!
You ripped apart the barrier, came charging in my heart.
All that's left are splinters now, you tore it all apart.
You broke me, another war you've won.
I wish I could hate you. the pain put out the sun!
The barrier is back in place, made with bands of steel,
Protecting a shattered heart, that never again shall feel.

My Rainbow

Like rain my tears fell
Everyone told me there will
Be a rainbow after the rain
Healing after the pain,
I looked up into the sky
But only saw the rain
Hardly saw the sun,
Just saw the clouds.
But then the sun parted
And there you were
My rainbow after the storm
Like a light you came into
My life
You showed me the love
I didn't think existed
You drove away the clouds
The pain from my heart
And you taught me love again
You showed me that happiness
Wasn't put of reach
All I needed to do
Was to believe
To let my guards down
And now that I have,
I know what love looks like
I know what love is
And there is no way
I'll ever let you go again
For I've waited too long
For you
My Rainbow after the Rain

Online Lovers

Our love is forever timeless.
On this screen of blue,
In a world full of wonderment,
My Joy was finding you.

Do you know how much I love you?
Do you know how much I care?
How lonely I am without you,
When I don't find you there!

We want to be together,
To share our life of love.
Just to hold each other,
Blessed from God above.

But the miles stay between us,
No matter how much we try.
Other obligations, create such a fuss,
As the months and years go by.

Together we have weathered storms.
Created from jealousy and strife,
Our love remains forever strong.
For our souls are one as Husband & Wife!

For now we have our land of dreams.
Where only we can go.
A Special place, where our love beams
Like the colors of a beautiful rainbow.

Hold my hand, my Whiteknight,
Walk and laugh with me awhile.
Love me as your Starbright,
Forever share my smile!

New Meanings

My world is so different now,
The stars and sun both shine.
Dark days are far behind me
Because you walked into mine.
Your caring eyes and warm smile,
Or a single thought of you
Warms my heart , touches my soul
With feelings deep and true.
There is so much you have given me,
Your my angel from above.
You found my heart, you showed me light
And what it is to love.

Love Eternal

When the sun no longer shines,
With its ever warming light.
And the stars that once did sparkle
Fade away into the night.

When the waves of all the oceans
Stop dancing shore to shore.
And the lightning no longer crashes
With all its thunderous roar.

When the raindrops from the heavens
Drip their last drop on the ground.
And the birds with all their singing
No longer make a sound.

When the hands of time quit ticking
And the earth is silent and still
And the Lord our God almighty
No longer imposes his will.

When all that we know has ended
To be eternally true.
I promise you my Darling
I'll still be loving you...

Loves End

Put out the sun.
Pull the stars from the sky.
The universe has ended.
My soul has died.
The pain in my heart,
Forever will stay.
I longed for your love.
You walked away.
