Love Eternal
When the sun no longer shines,
With its ever warming light.
And the stars that once did sparkle
Fade away into the night.
When the waves of all the oceans
Stop dancing shore to shore.
And the lightning no longer crashes
With all its thunderous roar.
When the raindrops from the heavens
Drip their last drop on the ground.
And the birds with all their singing
No longer make a sound.
When the hands of time quit ticking
And the earth is silent and still
And the Lord our God almighty
No longer imposes his will.
When all that we know has ended
To be eternally true.
I promise you my Darling
I'll still be loving you...
