Why

Oh how much I need you, how much I want you, why can't I have you?
It kills me painfully, each day thinking how we could be, but I know that's not
likely, oh how I wish that it could be possible.
Looking at you and your graceful beauty, just makes my mind gray.
I lose myself in your eyes, losing conscience of my mind. I can't think, all I can do
is wish to be with you.
Your words mean everything to me, but I just can't stand the fact that I can't tell
you that I love you.
I need you, I want you, yet I can't have you. Why do I torture myself thinking that
there still might be a chance.
Looking at you, into your eyes makes me go blind.
Oh, I want to be with you. I need you. Doesn't seem I could live without you. Odd,
I'm doing this everyday. I'm killing myself suffering great pain, why won't I just die?
Why do I believe that you still love me?Oh, why can't I go on?
Why must I think we still have a chance? Why won't I just let go, quit torturing
myself.
Why won't I just quit loving you? Why can't things be simple to me?

I Lose Myself

Oh my, every time I look in your eyes I lose myself. My mind just flies away.
I lose myself and enter this reality to what I believe is paradise. Fantasies
become real and nothing ever goes wrong.
How unfortunate that this only lasts for a moment. Soon I'll have to to let go and
I'll have to get out of this dream world of mine.
Oh, there are times when I kiss, and hold you, when the world seems to melt
away right before me and I'm floating in mid-air, everything seems so bright.
That's right, when I'm with you I'm in paradise.
Maybe to you this says nothing at all, but having you in my arms is having the
world.
The world seems so insignificant compared to you.
Oh, every time I look in your eyes I lose myself in this beautiful world called
paradise.

Falling From Heaven

When I kissed her, It felt like the air became light and the room became bright.
I was floating up to heaven only to fall from this flight for the stench of hell.
How I am used to this now, having my heart shattered over and over again, from
just one person, that person is you, my love.
Why do you say sorry? You don't mean it. Why else would you have done this to
me?
How it hurts falling from heaven into hell, when i found out that you kissed
another man, and slept with another.
Sure I am alive, yet I would prefer death. This pain is unbearable.
I'm broken and can never be fixed, unless you say that you truly love me and wish
to only be with me. Doubt that, that will ever happen though.
So now all I do is hold on to that strong painful memory and never let go, for I will
always love you.
Please someday, look back and and love me, please. If it is not possible, kill me,
because I don't want to know that I will never have you.

Phoenix

What has this world come to? Everything is so complicated.
Once a upon a time, people were friendly, they smiled when you walked by. Now
everyone is shy, and they hide on the edge of the sidewalk as if you were
plagued with disease.
Love to me and to others is a he.
Once a upon a time I thought I knew what love was. How naive I was then to trust
everyone. I was crushed, and my sanity taken away from me.
Look at me, do you think I rose from my ashes? No, this phoenix cannot no
longer rise to fly.
All hope, I have given up, life has no value to me. It's broken and cannot be fixed. I
cry, and the phoenix tears cannot heal my wounds.
I'm crippled, cant you see that I am not what I used to be? Can't you see that I just
want to die and for my life to just kill me?
Tell me, what has this world come too?
Nothing is simple, everything is so difficult. The old are not wise, but some crazy
old fools, and the youth are always tired.
As a phoenix I have seen enough now I want to sleep for all eternity, this world
makes me sick.
I have had enough of it.
I can't stand to look at it.

Our Time Is Now

Dark shadows are lurking in the Eastern valley below
Can you hear the shots of agony?
Whom it belongs to, those tortured souls
Do not pray to your God, heaven's gates have fallen!
God has his own problems
Master of evil is watching. Spreading his wings across the horizon
Shall we sit here and wait for the worst?
We will be known as cowards, in the eternal darkness
Shall we rise and take a stand, shake hands with destiny?
For we have met
