Poetry

As I write the words
my life pours onto paper,
and becomes known to the world.
It reveals the realm of all that is evil,
and the beauty of all that is beautiful.
Not a moment passes that has no depth,
and yet all is just a moment.
It is only just my words of poetry.
All is just my prayer.
With the push of my hand,
my words become paper.
The paper becomes my words.
It is just the life of another person lived.
But it is the poetry,
in which I lived it.

Eyes of Gold

I seen your face once before.
A far distant fade through my memory; a daze.
I travel through days on end,
past dusty roads and corn filled pastures.
I see your face, for time has not let me go.
I seem to run away from a world thats obligation is my gravity to yours.
I can't seem to hold the power of your so tight grip.
My love;
I never fade. I never weep.
My sorrow is my weakness. My passion is my strength.
I cried;
my once so lost and broken love.
My dream casts its unwanted gaze in the direction of your face,
and I fade.
I can not see your face in the darkened taunted street.
A white purity of a life long love; fulfills my happiness,
and un clouds my so distant mind.
I am yours; I am fulfilling your dreams now.
My passion is you;
My strength is in those arms that hold me.
My weakness is in your soul, that shines through those eyes of gold
I love you honey;
Forever and for always.

Hide-And-Seek

Last night I dreamt of thunder,
a long darkness that lasted for days.
No shame, or regret, nor sorrow existed here.
A sprinkle of rain, was the kiss of your lips.
A flash of lightening,
with just the slightest touch.
Is this where I belong?
Is there a trail of light,
in the arms of darkness and rain?
I want a thickening peace,
like the clouds above.
To see through your heart, pure at a glance.
This dreams end, with hopes for eternity,
and forever darkness. This puddle we land in.
Like raindrops we fall.......together.
We are but children in the rain.
Ready or not here I come.
Its our turn to play.
Please come and find me.
Darkness is no longer thunder now.

Golden

Rest ashore this golden sand.
I have long since been forgotten.
My hand rests in the palm of yours,
as I pray for this moment to pass.
Following, are my moments of sorrow.
This one picture perfect peace,
buried deep beneth my feet,
only dried with the kiss of true love,
and a touch of inner peace.
Washed ashore is no longer my love,
just the pain you put me through.
See but only my life of joy, and smile,
knowing I have found the perfect life.
Your time will be remembered,
though withered in the back of my mind.
I am now your moon.
The one you let go that day,
the returning regret that lived so long ago.
You are but only the shore, the tide,
the part of my life I have washed away.

Reach For Me

Reach for me. For I am here.
In some form.
Maybe back in my youth,
with mud pies, and careless dreams.
A stray dog.
Befriend me, I walk beside you
forever.
A dreams cool breeze on a summer day.
A shooting star in the horizon of many.
My eyes of importance,
cautious of your every step.
A glistening tear,
Washes away the spec of dust left
on your old piano.
Play,
Play this like in your dreams.
Play your song for me.
I will wipe the tears, and fulfill your dreams.
Think of me this once, smile and laugh,
and think of me no more.
My love will wrap its arms around you,
and from time to time still reach
the very beat of your heart.
Cast all your worries at heavens door. For I am here
Keep playing your song.
And babydoll, think of me no more.
