That's Who I Am

I know i can make it I've come all this
way so far, sometimes i feel like giving
up not wanting to go on, then at other
times I find a new energy, a renewed
strength to push through and to stand,
strong once again.

I get all down and low feeling useless,
worthless and plain blue. I let the
enemy whisper his lies, getting me
to almost believe him. But then I
get to my feet, straighten my amour,
pick up my shield and sword and declare
to him who I am.

I am a child of the living God, the
God of Abraham, Isacc and Jacob,
my daddy. I am a blood bought
born again fired up spirit filled,
saint of God.

So Satan you take your lies, with you
and close the door on your way out,
good bye. I am committed to the
three in one father, son and holy
spirit. I am a citizen of heaven,
God is my daddy, my all in one.
That's who i am. Amen

There Is a Hope For You

If your feeling lost, hurting, confused and alone
there is a hope for you. If you don't know which
way to turn, where your next meal, bed or money
is coming from. There is a hope for you.

That hope is Jesus who died so that
you may live, that you can have a
future in him.

So turn to him that he can set
you free, totally free, from the
chains that bind you in sin and
shame, to a bright hope, joy
and freedom through him. Amen

Creation

Who made the birds, trees
and flowers, who made
the moon, sun and stars.
Who made you and me,
it was God.

Who made the sea and land.
who made, the fish and mammals,
who made the creatures, that
walk upon the earth,
it was God.

Who made the universe,
milky way, the galaxies
and the heavens above,
who made distant planets
and the solar system.
it was God.

Words That Need To Be Said

Words running through my head unspoken, not yet said.
words that need to be written, words that need to be read, that need to be said.

Words of love, encouragement and affermation.
Words to build up not tear down, to make smile not frown.

Words to dry tears and calm fears,
words spoken in peace, love, gentleness
and reason. Not with anger, malice, a
snarl or in rage. But simply spoken
in quiteness and love

The Lighthouse

When your, on the sea of life and the waves get to much, to bear or handle.

If your in danger of hitting, the rocks and being shipwrecked. Do not worry
or stress, about a thing. There is an answer, close at hand.

There is a lighthouse in view, that you can turn to, that lighthouse is jesus.
So look to him and he will guide you, safely through.

God Is Here

God is hear, there
and everywhere.
God is in the rain,
sunshine and the
snow.

God is here in
the laughter
of the children,
in the tears of
adults.

God is here in the
hurting and pain
of the homeless,
the prisoner and
the prostitute.

God is here in
the hearts of
those, that
know him,
trust and
love him.

God is here for
everyone old,
young, big,tall
and small.
