Savior

I feel like im in a bowl
I fell in this giant hole
There is no way to get out
Then these birds fly about
I see your beautiful face
And I feel like im in space
You have saved me in more ways than one
We always seem to have fun
Then I fall down again
It seems like I can never win

Work Not Play

This is going to be a very long day
I just wanna be a kid and play
Got to work and make that money
When I get home give it to my honey
Outside in the hot sun
This job is never fun
I would rather go to the park
Play with the dogs and hear them bark
But I am stuck at this job
So sore I feel like I got beat by a mob
Sitting at home sounds like a blast
This day needs to fly by fast
Next I know I am beat red
At home laying in my soft bed
This day is finally complete
Tomorrow will just be a repeat

Future of the Land

The kids are the future of the land
While we sit here and just hold hands
You talk about having a kid
I just ran and hid
I realize you’re not messing around
We move into the house we found
Nine months fly by fast
I just wanna go back to the past
This little boy is my child
He will grow up to be wild
Next we know another is on the way
This is going to make us pay
That little house is to small
Our son will be living in the hall
We have to add on to our home
These kids will have room to roam
Two kids are plenty
We don’t want to many
If we have another kid
That baby is going up for bid

Life

That special person in my life
Can cut the tension with a knife
People live then die
She is the one that will never lie
She lives her life and I live mine
I make sure I walk a straight line
Don’t wanna end up in jail
I would rather be pelted with hail
My life is still at the start
She is the one that has my heart
If I don’t have her
My life will be a blur
All the people in my life
Will be happy when she is my wife

Protector

I lay there in my bed
Nothing but you in my head
You are the light of my life
Just wish I could make you my wife
This has been a very messed up week
It hurts me when we can’t speak
Wishing I could grow wings
I would watch over you
No harm would come toward you, while I flew
This world is coming to an end
I’m trying to get around this bend
Don’t know what to do
All I need in my life is you

Think B4 You Drink

This night is pointless to me
You feel like you’re free
While you’re out having fun
I’m at home without my Hun
You go out and get trashed
Next thing you know… you have crashed
I rush to the scene
Those cops are so mean
I see you laying there
You didn’t even make it to fair
Why didn’t you stay at the house?
You could have caught that mouse
Now you are in a bag
They wipe up your blood with rag
That car crashed and rolled
Your body is so cold
Why did you go out and drink
All you had to think
You could have still been alive
Then your life could have thrived
But, you got trashed and high
Now to this world you say GOODBYE!

Fear

When you cried id wipe away all your tears
When you’re scared ill fight away all your fears
Id hole your hand through all of your trouble
I will pull you up out of the rubble
You are in a lot of pain
You always walk alone in the rain
Step into the sunshine
Everything will be fine
Every time you are happy, you fall back into the night
You walk around like you are ready to fight
You are always jumping these hurdles
Take life slow like a turtle
Your internal struggle is so deep
All you can do is weep
Follow me into the sun
We can start to have fun
Don’t worry about your fears anymore
They can’t break through that door

She Is the One I Want

I see you there baby, and it brightens my day
You’re like the sun in my life, you always part the rain
Like Moses did with the red sea back in the bible
You make me not wanna get pissed at my rivals
But that’s beside the point and you know you’re one of my idols
However I can never have you, I already know this
I really love you baby, I just don’t waste my time showin’ it
Cuz at the end of the day when I fall all I know is this
Every time I see you there, you hug me I feel good inside
All of a sudden I’m not upset anymore, and all I feel is the butterflies
Crawlin from my stomach all the way into my chest
Cuz deep down in my heart, I will never be at rest
Till I have you, in my arms, I’ll protect you from what causes harm
I’m fallin asleep get me outta this nightmare then there goes my alarm
And I wake up, see you sitting there beside me
I realize that you are the one in need in my life, do you agree?

The Lords House

I walk into the lord’s house
All I can see is a mouse
Where have all the people gone
I look outside and see it is dawn
This house should be full
Not empty like the candy bowl
The savior has come at last
You should have left your past
Now while I fly high
You stare in the sky
This world is coming to an end
Repent your ways and push around that bend
The lord will always take one more
In his house nobody is poor

Pointless

Sitting here in this place
Feel like I’m in a race
Nobody likes what I say
I want things done his way
People tell me I’m no good
I talk a lot more than I should
It gets me into trouble from time to time
That’s the reason I’m writing this rhyme
It’s pointless to try
I have nothing to buy
My life is a big loop
I keep going around this hoop
