Pain.
I feel it again,
I feel The anger,
The hate,
The one thing I so fear,
Controlled it so long now,
The fear is so real,
Can I control it forever?,
The pain that I feel,
My heart beats hard now,
This anger is real,
Fight back the pain,
Push back the tears,
This is not you,
Fight the fear.
The anger inside me,
Dormant for years,
Why does it try to erupt through me,
Causing these burning tears,
My mind races,
To find what I need,
Must get rid of this anger,
This pain that I bleed…
Just please let me find it,
That place in my heart,
The one place untouched,
Unused that one part,
One place kept for someone,
Not only for me,
I need that place now,
Let me find it,
Let me see.
The one place I know,
To make the pain cease,
That place in my heart,
The one place that gives peace,
One day I will give it,
To whom I love most,
Until then its my place,
My sanctuary,
The one place I can go to,
Where I love the most.

Tear.
Breathe now,
All u can do is breathe,
The pain is real,
The tears will come,
Breathe now,
Your eyes will swell,
Breathe now,
Let them come,
Don’t hold them back anymore,
Let it cascade down,
Let it fall to the ground,
Breathe now,
It will be over soon,
Just breathe now.
Don’t try to catch it,
Let it drop,
Breath now,
Let the next tear fall,
Why does it hurt so much?,
Breathe now,
This will all be over soon,
Let them fall,
Let them out,
You don’t always need to be strong..
Breathe now.. Let it fall…
Let the pain out,
Breathe now,
Its almost over,
Close your eyes now,
They will stop
Just breathe now… its over…. One last time

Smile.
All that I ask is to see you smile.
So much time now,
and the smile that I see isn’t me,
I hide behind it,
That smile that u see ,
Is not me being me,
So much time…
In the mirror looking back at me,
A tear,
My smile is broken,
It used to be,
When I looked at me,
Happiness is all that I could see,
But now ,
There is that tear again,
A fake smile,
A sham if a grin,
For that of what you see,
Stretching ear to ear,
Is a lie a deceit,
A broken smile,
Right above my quivering chin,
The smile I seek,
Though now so far away,
I just want it back for even one day..
Im tired of the tears,
Im sick from the pain,
My real smile is all I ask,
Just for one more day,
I want my sparkle back,
That comes with my smile,
The gleam in my eyes,
Not many have seen in a while,
Just one more smile now,
Is all that I seek,
Just one more sparkle now,
Is what my eyes seek,
See me for who I am,
Not who you think I pretend to be,
All that I ask is that you smile now,
Just one more time,
Just for me….
