Smile

Smile. All that I ask is to see you smile. So much time now, and the smile that I see isn’t me, I hide behind it, That smile that u see , Is not me being me, So much time… In the mirror looking back at me, A tear, My smile is broken, It used to be, When I looked at me, Happiness is all that I could see, But now , There is that tear again, A fake smile, A sham if a grin, For that of what you see, Stretching ear to ear, Is a lie a deceit, A broken smile, Right above my quivering chin, The smile I seek, Though now so far away, I just want it back for even one day.. Im tired of the tears, Im sick from the pain, My real smile is all I ask, Just for one more day, I want my sparkle back, That comes with my smile, The gleam in my eyes, Not many have seen in a while, Just one more smile now, Is all that I seek, Just one more sparkle now, Is what my eyes seek, See me for who I am, Not who you think I pretend to be, All that I ask is that you smile now, Just one more time, Just for me…. Smile
