We Are Human Poetry Poem
You and me are sitting in a tree
You and me are talking so free
You and me are watching flowers die down
You and me are hitting solid ground
You and me are bare foot walking
You and me are gently talking
You and me are holding hands
You and me start to expand
You and me are closer than ever
You and me are talking forever
You and me are running and jumping
You and me are falling and tumbling
You and me are full of life
You and me are kissing twice
You and me are chasing butterflies
You and me are dreaming about our lives
You and me are slowing down
You and me stop talking now
You and me hold each other tight
You and me say goodnight
You and me are filled with bliss
You and me share another kiss
You and me we feel so free
You and me carve our initials into the tree
You and me laugh and say see you soon
You and me we see the full moon
You and me wave good bye
You and me are silent for the first time
You and me stare from afar
You and me know how in love we are

We Are Human Poetry Poem
Stop the war
I say it straight from the start
It's not just breaking down walls and bombing buildings
It's destroying human hearts
In lands where conflict's ignite
Where nations clash and people are full of fright
A call for change must arise
And a plea for peace that never dies
Stop the war
Blood on the hands of politicians, militant groups and even the television
Don't be scammed
The leaders give the orders they don't lead the troops
Off you go to battle while they sit at their desk in their suits
Question your actions before you pull that Trigger
Is it right or is it making the bigger man bigger
Stop the war
People are dying men, women and children
Fighting against each other to find a peaceful solution ?
People just want to live their lives
People just want their space
Suppression and control suffocates the human race
Stop the war
There is no use in killing each other
But I can understand picking up the gun
If you are suppressed by another
We are not rats and we will not live in cages
But we have got to find peace
And be free from the conflict
Which has been passed down through the ages
Stop the war
We have got to live in peace
If you don't put down the gun trauma will never cease
We are intelligent human beings
And we can find a peaceful solution
We all have human feelings
So lets all pull together and start a revolution
Boycott the drums of war we must say
Refuse to dance the violent way
Let commerce halt, let trade recede
For peace is what the world truly needs
Stop the war
From Ukraine's streets to Palestine's shore
The list of strife torn lands must not go on anymore
Somalia, Syria, Myanmar and more
Their land is drenched with sorrow right into the earths core
But boycott not just with empty words
Let actions speak, let truth be heard
Divest from war invest in peace
And watch the flames of hatred cease
Stop the war
For in our choices we hold the key
To shape a world where all are free
Boycott the war makers take a stand
And build a future where the gun is not in hand
The power of change lies in collective action
Let us strive for a world where peace prevails over conflict
So we can live together without violent reaction
Use your voice, use your name
Use your human strength, use your fame
Stop the war
I say it at the end
It's not just bombing homes and hospitals
It's destroying souls that we cant mend

We Are Human Poetry Poem
In the heart of the forest, where the ancient trees stand tall
Lies a world untouched by time, where nature’s whispers call
Tribal people live in harmony, with the land and sky so wide
Their spirits intertwined with earth, in whom they do confide
Yet shadows creep upon the land, with axes sharp and bright
Logging ventures, bold and fierce, that cut through day and night
They fell the sacred trees that stand, with roots so deep and strong
Disrupting rhythms of the wild, where ancient songs belong
The elders speak of wisdom, passed down through countless years
Of rituals and traditions, now met with silent tears
For the tribes they see the scars, where once the forests grew
The rivers tainted, skies now grey, where once the skies were blue
Machines move upon their land, in search for mineral and gold
Mining companies, illegal and violent, murdering the young and old
They dig into the fertile earth, with drills that roar and grind
Dividing the whole forest, for sure they must be blind
The elders speak of wisdom, passed down through countless years
Of rituals and traditions, now met with silent fears
The waters once so pure and clear, now poisoned by the waste
Of chemicals and heavy metals, discarded in their haste
A light shines on the horizon, a force both bright and cold
Technology, with its promises, of futures bought and sold
It creeps into the sacred lands, with wires and screens aglow
Unsettling minds and hearts, where only peace should flow
For the children gaze at glowing screens, their minds adrift in haze
Forgetting songs of ancestors, lost in a digital maze
Their dreams so vivid and mind so clear, now distracted by the light
Forgetting their ancestral place now frightened by the night
The elders speak of wisdom, passed down through countless years
Of rituals and traditions, now met with blocked ears
The hearts so pure and clear now open to the world
We have lost our children is what the elders yell
The sacred groves where spirits dwell, now echo with the hum
Of trucks, dynamite, and electricity where once the drums would drum
The hunters paths are overgrown, the fields no longer sown
For machines and technology brings a change, a world they’ve never known
The stars that guided nightly walks, now dimmed by modern lights
The sounds of the forest, replaced by endless fights
Children of the earth, now scattered far and wide
Their homes turned into memories, their spirits forced to hide
The drumbeats of their heritage now echo in the past
As modern dreams of progress, on fragile hopes are cast
Yet in the eyes of elders, a fire still remains
A longing for the forests, and freedom from these chains
For though the land is taken, their spirit never dies
In every heart displaced, a piece of their homeland lies
So let us hear the whispers, and honour what we and they have lost
For in the tales of tribals, we learn the human cost
May we strive for justice, and heal the wounds we’ve made
To give back to the displaced, the peace and land for which they’ve prayed
Yet in the midst of all this change, a spark of hope remains
For some still hold the ancient ways, despite the modern chains
They gather round the fire's glow, and tell the tales of old
Of how the earth and sky and sea are worth far more than gold
So let us heed the lessons, from those who know the land
And find a way to balance, to lend a helping hand
For humans can coexist, within nature’s gentle grace
If only we remember to honour every human in every place.

We Are Human Poetry Poem
Hold on to your kids
Hold on to the thread
Hold on to their hands and stay with them when they fall asleep in bed
Hold on to their joy
Hold on to their spark
hold on to their dance and don't ever break their hearts
Hold on to their world
Hold on to their rhyme
Hold on to the moment and let go of adult time
Hold on to their purity
Hold on to their honesty
When they have nothing to fear they radiate spontaneity
Don't point the finger and don't count down
Don't raise your voice little spirits get crushed and frown
Don't raise your hand and don't hit the wall
Stress is experienced by all of us even in little ones so small
Don't leave them to cry alone in a room
Follow your instincts as a parent in tune
Don't use bribery don't use coercion
Don't make them work for closeness it will breed aversion
Never lie to your children even in small ways
You will be caught out on the bigger days
Use connection and not separation
They always want to be close even when you want to go in the opposite direction
I know it's not easy they can drive you up the wall
I know it's not easy with the schedules of work, activities and School
I know it's not easy but it's you who carry your own sack
All that has happened to you in your life you carry on your back
They are all born fresh and new so turn your eyes around
and question your own conditioned attitude
All that has happened to you, you don't have to pass on, be free from your conditioning and learn to sing your own song
Hold on to the attachment bond
Hold on to the relationship
Work on the environment
Work on your friendship
Make the relationship primary with unconditional love and acceptance
Stay connected to each other
Dependence will invite independence
Attachment is the shield
Attachment is the sword
When they are out in the world it will protect them while they explore
Communication is key, a primary attachment faculty
Learn to listen again without urgency
Their counter will grows as attachment wanes
Attachments that don't work cause frustration and emotional pain
Don't let anything separate your child from you psychologically
Parenting is a relationship, a bond, a journey, not just biologically
Collect your child after separation
With smiles, hugs, and kiss
This is the attachment revelation
Play and have fun, let them be themselves in all colours
In a nonviolent environment
They will teach you about what really matters
As we know, life is not always yes, but they will listen
If the attachment is strong, and your guidance is at its best
They will express futility, let the tears flow
They will accept that sometimes life is NO
Trust in the child's desire to be good
The relationship between parent and child is sacred
Let us not destroy it with fear parenting
And You must and you should
We need to hold onto to them until they can hold on to themselves
For emotional growth children need to feel secure and well
Don't be impatient for your children to grow up
One day you will wake up and they will be gone
To live their own life and drink from their own cup
So in summary, its all about attachment, collection and connection
When problems occur work in the relationship direction
You have my full support from one parent to another
Hold on to your kids like no other.

We Are Human Poetry Poem
Upon the sands of time, there walked a man of great worth
Whose words would echo through the ages, across the breadth of the earth
In Galilee, he taught with parables of depth and meaning
The Son of Man, whose divine love gave hope to those in need of healing
Blessed are the meek he said, for they shall inherit lands
The inner land of peace he meant, lets not misunderstand
Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God's hands
Love and compassion side by side as one band
With every step, with every word, he shined his holy light
Uniting all in brotherhood, breaking hate, and the violent fight
He spoke of lilies in the field, of sparrows in the sky
Of treasures not of gold or gem, but virtues that won't die
Love thy neighbour as thyself, his central, ageless cry
A call to serve, to heal, to lift the down trodden high
The Sermon on the Mount stands as his testament of peace
A blueprint for a life of grace, where mercies never cease
Turn the other cheek, he urged, when conflicts seek to increase
In forgiveness and in love, let our sorrow be released
He fed the multitudes with loaves, with fishes from the brine
A miracle of providence, of the divine design
But greater still, he fed the soul with bread and wine of sign
Do this in remembrance of me, a feast of the divine
Betrayed by kiss, condemned to cross, his promises to keep
He bore our sins upon his back, his love both vast and deep
Upon the cross, his final breath, a ransom for the sin
It is finished, he proclaimed, new life for us to win
So let us walk the path he trod, with charity and faith
To spread the good news far and wide, with every breath, with grace
For in His teachings, we find hope, a guide that never fades
The word made flesh, the Light of the World, whose spirit in the light, bathes
O Christ, whose arms were stretched wide upon the cross
In selfless acts of love, for no gain but a great loss
Your crown of thorns, a royal ring of grace
We Thank You for the mercy shown to our human race.

We Are Human Poetry Poem
Nonviolent Communication is a powerful approach with a gentle voice
To communicate with empathy, understanding, a compassionate choice
It is a framework for expressing ourselves honestly
While actively listening to the needs of others openly
It encourages us to recognize our shared humanity
Our innate capacity for compassion even towards insanity
It focuses on understanding feelings, needs, and requests
Rather than blaming or judging the other when they are not at their best
Start by describing how you feel
Letting each other speak will help you heal
Identify your emotions related to what you see and say
Recognize the underlying needs or values driving your energy or the other away
Clearly express what you’d like from others
It doesn't mean that your needs will be met
but it gives them a chance to rise from under cover
When the other speaks, let your listening take hold
Be aware of your reactive mind, that wants to butt in and scold
It is a working progress to communicate this way
Without the violence, anger, and hate that pushes us away
It takes one match to burn a thousand trees
Don't be the one to strike it when you are both down on your knees
Non violent communication is a listening approach
In a mostly verbal world it can be the best coach
So the next time you find yourself in a verbal battle
Try and remember nonviolent communication and be free from a lot of the hassle.

We Are Human Poetry Poem
On this beautiful island in the Mediterranean Sea
The seagulls are flying and a whale I have seen
Yet still there is the sound of the petrol machines
What are we doing us human beings
The green lizard lies on the warm rock face
The sun rises slow it's hot on my face
The faint smell of diesel rides on the Breeze
It's settles on the leaves of an old olive tree
The wild yellow flowers bring a joy to the new day
The soft flying butterflies glide and they play
But there is hammering and banging of metal on rocks
It shocks, it shocks, it shocks
A red robin lands and gets his prize
The gecko on the wall goes behind the fridge to sleep because it's sunrise
I sip fizzy water out of a plastic bottle
I feel guilty that I'm still contributing to the climate trouble
I try to change my ways but I took that plane
Like many others again, and again, and again
Down at the marina the sea life is dead
But the tourists are happy of taking photos of the views and their heads
I long for the time of sea urchins, crabs and limpets
I long for the time of seahorses, fish and shrimp
Thriving in the rock pools and thriving in the sea
But bleached is it all now and polluted by You and Me
I can't seem to speak any more words
My heart skips a beat
It makes a sound I've never heard
It is like the sound of the earth as her spirit cracks once more
The sound of mother nature kneeling on the floor
The floor of life which is our base
If we do not pick her up there will be no more human race

We Are Human Poetry Poem
Free to learn
Free to think
Free to move
and free to drink
from the vast knowledge
that humans have gathered
Free to explore in your own time
is what matters
The keenness of your perception
and the sharpness of your intelligence
is more important than the volume of memory
that you hold in residence
Flourish as a human being
nourish enquiry and questions
this will keep you curious
an inspiring direction
Quality is better
than quantity
focus on what you love
with all honesty
Don't burden yourself with subjects you don't like
open doors to your interest
your passions and likes
Don't force yourself to learn
stress equals fight, flight or freeze
this is no way to learn
be gentle like a soft breeze
Learn what you want to learn
in a totally free self directed environment
this will bring you joy
to discover and learn what you want to in every moment
You must love to learn,
You must love to listen
You must love to think
all without pressure out side of a time limited prison
Slow down and enjoy learning
follow your own thread
fulfil the yearning
You drive your education
You light up your mind
You follow your heart
leave those that hold you back
behind
Never force education upon yourself
make it fun, and play
learn through life
and all of its books on life's stage
Education in the true sense
is learning what and when you wish
becoming mature and free
to flower greatly in love and goodness
What a gift
An integrated human being that meets life as a whole
with and intelligent mind
to discover and let their being unfold.
Free to learn
Free to think
Free to move
and free to drink
from the vast knowledge
that humans have gathered
free to explore in your own time
is what matters.

We Are Human Poetry Poem
Thank you for this life that you've given me
Thank you for your eyes when I couldn't see
Thank you for your love when all I had was hate
Thank you for your care when I wasn't feeling great
Thank you for your patience when all I had was trouble
Thank you for your words when I was kneeling in the rubble
Thank you for listening when all I had was pain
And thank you for being there and that walk in that rain
Thank you for your light when darkness surrounded me
Thank you for your trust and your honesty
Thank you for your never ending compassion when all I could do was compare
And thank you for your warmth and you're forever loving stare
Thank you for the gifts only now have I really appreciated
Thank you for your time it was never ever wasted
Thank you for always doing your best
Thank you for telling me not to worry about keeping up with the rest
Thank you for holding on when I tried to pull away
Thank you for letting me go, but I really wanted to stay
Thank you for your encouragement so that I followed my own goals
Thank you for being silent so I could hear my own soul
Thank you for your support when I followed my own heart
And thank you for staying strong that day I broke apart
Thank you for understanding when all I did was fail
Thank you for telling me just keep trying and you will prevail
Thank you for your healing hands they never hurt me, not once
Thank you for your wisdom that day I wanted to jump
Thank you for your tears and for encouraging me to cry
Thank you for the truth when all I wanted to do was die
Thank you, you saved my life
Thank you for your strength when I could no longer fight
Thank you for your words when I couldn't even speak
Thank you for this voice that you have given me.

We Are Human Poetry Poem
Community, do you remember that
Our rapidly changing world, has stripped community from behind our backs
Technology connects us across the globe
But sometimes isolates us within our own minds, at home
Our smartphones and social media promise connection
Yet they often leave us feeling more disconnected in a lonely direction
Scrolling through endless feeds, we witness snippets of other's lives
But rarely experience the depth of genuine connection that true community gives for us to thrive.
A paradox lies in our ability to connect globally
While feeling ever isolated locally
Remember the neighbourhood street where children once played
Adults chatted on door steps, and families gave
These shared spaces are dwindling
We live our lives in a box
Work, home, school, the gym
Then on the TV and internet, we get locked
We may have family, friends, and colleagues
Yet a void still persists
This void signals that our human nature seeks deeper connections
More then exits
Feeling lost and lonely isn’t always dramatic
It’s often a quiet desperation
An ache in the heart
A longing for something more magic
Individualism has its merits, but it overshadows our sense of belonging
We lose sight of the collective good and prioritize personal success over communities well being
Community thrives when we contribute selflessly
Acts of kindness, a smile, say hello, fearlessly
Reclaim those lost parks
Organize community events
Foster a sense of belonging where everyone feels welcome inside the community tent
Community isn’t just about talking
It’s about listening as well
To the meaningful conversations from elders, and children
To the wisdom and knowledge in the human realm
Transform our isolation into community
Our longing into belonging
Get to know who lives around you again
Make time and slow down the coming and going
Switch off your phone and go outside
Sit in the park and no longer hide
Let us reconnect, and build bridges across the gaps
Re build our communities, so we can feel again the support behind our backs
It starts with you
It starts with me
If we all did this today
We would have a community
