The making of a villain

How to mold a villain?
They say it takes a village to raise a child,
Yet with a whisper, a villain can be styled.
the steps are simple,

Tell them gravity's grip is no chain,
Assure them they can soar with no pain.
Convince them their value's self-defined,
Obscure purpose, keep their minds confined.

Freedom is rebellion, love mere greed,
Life's but stardust, a random deed.
Independence over reliance, A fib to be sold!
New is bold, and on traditions do not hold.

Why settle when you can leap?
Why share burdens? Power is yours to keep.
Empower the lazy, let them sleep,
Drown them in the ocean of lies so deep.

Paint pride on that man's face,
Hold the guilty in your embrace.
Pour children empty promises,
convince them, friends are nemesis.

The staircase to the top is narcissism,
While the secret to the death pit is altruism.
Raise sin to be worshiped like a sacred lie,
Leave them praising until they rot and die.

Mock Earth with a little kid, let nature cry.
Destroy the dreams of some random guy.
Let them identify with the clouds of their sky
Plant the seed of dread with the question why?

Be a tempest, blow all the rafts of hope,
gulp them like waves down destiny's slope.
Pour them only from the carafe of pleasure,
give them nothing but a materialistic treasure.

And that’s how easy it is, my friend.
For in the end,
Change requires knowledge, wisdom and bravery,
Villains are mere products of mental slavery.

Nature's Newborn: Re-written

I am a river, and my heart, an ever-changing stream, Ripples clean me part by part, and so joy reigns in me supreme. As a redwood firmly stands, through seasons of change, so slow, Hugging the Earth, with gnarled hands. day by day, I too steadily grow. As the sky awaits the gale, to pass by, it gives no greeting. Calmly, I face the challenging hail, my fears quietly retreating. As the mountains' summits rise, on the land, old and still they are. So do I, with time's guidance wise, Teaching me the orbits of stars so far. As the early spring, with lush grass, adorns the surface of the bald lands. I wear the tiara of love, pure as glass, Carried in the universe's gentle hands.

Snow in the heat

The sun was up, what bright sunny day!
A rabbit with a snowboard on its way.
A daydreamer, lost in a song
singing its tunes, all along.
Till it realized the heat of May.

Exodus of the chirping birds

The wise, in silence, they spend their days,
Until mistaken, and so they change their ways.
So chirp you, little birds, let the trees be shaken,
For every silent cry has always been forsaken.

The brave, in the dark corner, they calmly stay,
Utterly unfazed, until they are in a tyrant’s play
So chirp you, little birds, let the woods be shaken,
Let the long-sleeping giants within, finally awaken.

Great nations grieve and, bend like withered flowers,
Not long before the swift rise, they show true powers.
So chirp you, little birds, let your ground be shaken,
Let the oppressor's insolence be violently taken.

Nature's Newborn

I am a river, my heart an ever-changing stream.
Ripples cleanse my soul, and so joy reigns in me supreme.
As a redwood stands through seasons of change, so slow,
Embracing the Earth with gnarled hands, I too steadily grow.

As the sky awaits the gale to pass by, giving it no greeting,
I calmly face the challenging hail, my fears quietly retreating.
As the mountains rise on the land, old and wise they appear
I too bloom; with time, I hear the secrets of the cosmos clear.

As spring's lush grass adorns the surface of all the bare lands,
I wear the jewelry of love, carried in the rain's gentle hands.

The Black Holes of Habits

Humans and habits,
Both like celestial bodies.
Humans are the planets,
And habits are the stars.

The habit that lingers slowly turns,
Into a vast black hole, a dark abyss,
Hard to escape, we spiral inward,
Tumbling into its void.

But is it truly impossible to escape?
Though I am no scientist,
I know that before the universe,
Our science was inconceivable.

So by what logic do we deceive ourselves?
Did we create the planets?
By what power do we weaken ourselves?
Did we create the stars?

If math claims certainty,
Reality presents possibility.
And in this realm, I take no side.

Despondency

A lady in a Victorian dress,
Next to an old printing press.
Within a gloomy writing lair,
Falling down the abyss of despair.

I can see the tempest in her heart,
It’s like a wild museum of art.
She is a tornado trapped in a jar,
On a raft drifting way too far.

In a mighty yet desolate dwelling,
Where silence is loudly yelling.
There in a chamber, she is found,
Lying in tears on the ground.

Surrounded by quivering souls,
All disguised, lurking in the halls.
Longing for her inviting plea,
To help her flee, to set her free.
