Dakota Williams Poem
I tremble before you, my vying emotion
I thought I could be loved with complying emotion
My mirror used to love my sight
there is no more of that undying emotion
Neglect tore at me, scattering me into shards
This whole life of mine is fragmented by self-denying emotion
Love is what you give away
To anything but my trying emotion
If you came back it'd be too late-
You permanently left the scar of dying emotion

Dakota Williams Poem
I me my
I watch myself sigh-
you leave no room for me
my tears comfort each other in exploited agony
I me my
I see nothing in the sky
You don't ever notice me
My love for you is a soul bleed
I me my
If I reach out for the twentieth time
would I become closer to your silence
or closer to my sigh?

Dakota Williams Poem
I win- I love you more
I still love you
outside the closed door.
I love you with tears,
knocking until my knuckles bleed
so now I sit outside in silence
enjoying your noise instead.
I was the only one
who meant what I said.
