Vanish

Face to face body leaning
Clothes flying fast to the ground
Breath becoming loud and quick
Disappear in love

Clear

Ocean
Beauty so deep
Laughing while I'm splashing
Wild abandon in my mind
Peaceful

Bubble Love

Live within senses
Love within faith
Fight within boundaries
Smile without hate.

Breathe with your voice
Sleep with your strength
Laugh with your humor
Cry at arm's length.

Melt within memories
Think without facts
Yearn with just heart
Dismiss what detracts

Lean with no shoulder
Kiss with no touch
Make fun without hurt
Carry as a clutch.

Speak without words
Connect without dots
Collide without losing
Our unique mystery knots.

Wonder without reason
Curious without ties
Protecting without proof
Falling from just eyes.

Intertwined without reason
Blooms without wilt
Tugging without doubting
Needing without guilt.

Born

All wrapped up like a newborn perfect and new
I look at you with a blank slate, I'm in love
Is there anything that I can give you
Please handle me with the softest kid gloves.
When I start to unwrap and you can see
My imperfections like the moon lit with love
Do not run, do not hide, just sing out loud
Then reach out to consume me and hold proud

Emotion Explosion

Such a wonderful city of angels
Full of dreamers and schemers
Cowards.
Posers.
You poisoned me with sweet love
Then poisoned me with anger.

A lion with an impatient roar
Slowly eating me alive.
Ever so cleverly.
I never saw it coming.
I've been devoured and feel invisible.
I look in the mirror at a stranger now.

The Gods have allowed me gentle protection
The Angels hover over me, shadows on my wall.
Safe, yet damaged and scared.
Shock.
Unhappy, bitter and vengeful.
Emotions that exploded all at once
A bomb ticking away. you ignited it and detonated me.

I love you but don't know what to do.

Treat Me Good and I'Ll Treat You Better, Treat Me Bad and I'Ll Treat You Worse

Somebody stepped on me once
and I was angry enough to swear.
The hardest game comes into play,
kill them with kindness or fight back.

Soon after I came across words that
forever changed my attitude toward
human confrontation:

"Treat me good and I'll treat you better, treat
me bad and I'll treat you worse"-Freedom, Credos from the Road

Nobody took advantage of my overly giving nature since.

The Love of Hockey

The slice of the skates creates
An atmosphere of greats
They fly on the ice
Not the least bit of nice
A game of ego awaits.

The Glass Castle

Castles it always seems
Bring nightmares, instead of sweet dreams.
So to turn that somehow around
Making it glass would be most profound.

Everything clear and bright as the sun
No tiny dark corners that will make me run.
Stairways that spiral all the way to the top
Spacious and clean, not dampened with rot.

A home in which one can roam unafraid
No shadows among when the sun finally fades.
One can see in and one can see out
If your a friend, you'll never have doubt.

That once your inside, your welcomed to stay
As long as you'd like, a week or a day.
For this castle will be place that loves
That lives and laughs and cries with doves.

This home will welcome any soul indeed
That toils and frets and cries with plead.
To be taken in and fed with grace
To lighten Your load
It accepts any race.

The Glass Castle is a house without masks
Its clear, it's real
It won't question, it ASKS.
"Are you doing ok?", "What is it that ails?"
"What is your story?", "Tell me your tales!"

Because your words are just simply that
Your personal diary, you hold the bat.
For love of the game is the motto you see
The game being life, the players are key.

The team that you choose should be chosen with care
So you'll trust all of those who enter the lair.

My glass castle is yours as well.
When your heart needs a friend
Please ring the bell.

Dinosaurs Ruled

Rule the land
Towering tall
Dinosaur kings.

Back To the Future

Somehow silence provided perfect
conversation.
Being at the right place, right time
undefined creation.
Merry go round throughout the night
a game of confusion.
Invisible connection
or an optical illusion?

Opposing personalities
but truly mirror image.
Politely staring eye to eye
deep down yearning to scrimmage.

Causing havoc in the mind
while wrestling the heart.
Rooted emotions coming to life
asking where to start.

An unsettling ping pong match
only visible to us both.
Dominating souls
not used to rapid growth.

A fleeting moment
that occurs by chance.
Synchronicity taking over
without announcing in advance.

Early on we miss these signs
maybe later we pay attention.
A mystery meant to bring
a fateful soul extension.

Encountering a stranger
that feels your twin.
Will rearrange your world
while round and round you spin.

The original encounter
that spawned a dizzy maze.
Requires a sequel for fans
to relive good ol' days!

A beautiful story
that paused to work through strife.
So in the end if could provide
eternal shelf life.

A real documentary
for anyone that understands.
A message in a bottle
created by many trusting loyal fans.
