The Fall

The Fall
The human race, a running gag to the cosmos
We have deluded ourselves into believing that we are infallible
But that would be a fatal, self-inflicted fabrication
After all, how can a parasite ever be flawless
Who is knowingly bleeding out the planet without a care
Silently suffocating the mother who gave us life
We have felled the green giants who give us air
To make places we can call home
Actively erasing the thousands of species before our time
And making them nothing but a distant memory
We have mined every vein into nothing but dust
So we can show off our greed to each other
We have willingly poisoned the ocean and sky
And for what? To better our lives?
Prophets have given warnings for us to stop our behavior
But we turned deaf to it, and so they gave up
Some were tuned to the prophets' words and fought to save humanity
But they were met with scorn and bruises, and they quietly disappeared
We, humans have unknowingly signed our death warrant
And the time for our deeds must be collected by all
Without any hope of redemption
As we are forced to watch those we love turn to dust
As we watch the silent consume us all
We are nothing but a monument to the cosmic

Vision

I have to be dreaming right?
For there is no freaking way that any of this is true
It has to be all just a silly little illusion
Created from someone as a cruel joke to me
Because there is a impossible feat in front of me: you
Why does it have to be you though?
Every time I attempt to grasp you in my arm
You will always suddenly vanished from sight
And then materialized further away from me
And even if I make a attempt to run to you
To get closer to you even if I can't hold you
You always teleport away even further away than before
Making running quite the obsolete task huh
You're once again forever out of my reach again
Like the last time I seen you
Only this time you are alive
Fate, you are a cruel bastard
I have to wonder though
Does this qualify as a nightmare since I can't touch you
Or is it a dream because I can see you alive and well
Unfortunately I don't know the answer to this inquire
Nor do I have the desire to
For you are here
And that all that matters
Right?

Beep

Oh wonderful, it's that sound again isn't it
The one that always welcomes me as I enter your room
I desperately wished that I can loathe the irritating sound
Alas I cannot for it's what keeping you alive
If that what passes being alive that is
You never seem to be conscious of the world
You lie there in bed with your face devoid of emotions
My existence goes unnoticed every time I sat near you
And it wound me tremendously to observed you like that
But I will always choose to do so
Because…
You were there for me in the past and the present
And I'll never be able to repay you for that
No matter how hard I try
It may seem insignificant to the others
Because they given up even attempting to having hope
And persuading me to do as well
Telling me that it's pointless to even have hope
But I won't quit on you
I will still plan on visiting you
And won't stop even beyond the end of time
Even if I died on the inside

Four Simple Words

Do you trust me?
That is a rather difficult question to answer
While I would love to answer yes confidently
I realized that wouldn't be wise of me
You and I… have an unique past
Because of that, I trust you a lot more than most people
But at the same time, I don't trust you one bit
You… you helped save me in the past many times
Even from my worst enemy: myself
You stopped me from making the worst decision ever
I can't ever thank you enough for that
But you also wounded me tremendously
You betrayed me in the worst way possible
I almost drowned in my sorrow
I can't even start to forgive you for that
I hope that does answer your question
You are someone I can trust and don't at the same time

Love Or Loveless

Can you love and not love someone at the same time?
The mortals will answer in the positive that you can
So if that is indeed the truth
Then is that how I feel for you?
I did love you at some point in our lives
When I fell for you I don't know
But I know one fact to be the absolute truth
You were indeed the best thing to happen to me
Words become meaningless when attempting to express my gratitude to you
But I'm not allowed to even start to hate you
You may be wondering why the case
It's because of the past that we shared
Our past… it wasn't hm I'm uncertain as to how to describe it
It was something that for sure
We saved each other countless times, didn't we?
Whatever it was from our so-called friends or ourselves
That is why I love you and don't at the same time
I hope you understand

Footsteps

There is always the sound of footsteps trailing behind me
And no matter how much I attempt to discover who it is
I have never seen to be successful at all
Everyone believes me insane when I speak of it to them
Telling me that it's my imagination running wild
But I know what I'm hearing
For it's neither loud nor is it quiet
It follows me everywhere I go
Even in my home where it echoes throughout the empty house
It will always fall short of my bedroom door when I slumber
It keeps me restless all night long
And leave me wondering in my head
If it ever enters the room
So I can finally learn the mystery behind the footsteps
But I'm disappointed every single night as the sun arises
It will follow me no matter the weather
The worst of them all is the snow
As the snow makes it seem louder than ever
Frightening me even more
I'm always on edge because of it
And it has put a damper on my relationship with everyone
But that wouldn't stop me not by a long shot
I will prove to everyone that it exists
And then they will stop believing that I'm insane
Right?

Mirror

existence here
What is your actual justification here?
While you show everyone their reflections
But it's not their true reflections
You can't even manifest who they truly are
The monsters that wear human skin to blend in
Who savor feasting on the innocent
The broken mortals that conceal themselves in their mask
Who are narrowly surviving by a thin string
The corrupted peoples who are buried behind their hollowed promises
Who fears action of any kind
The Ignorant who isolate themselves behind their blinds
Who are living in a virtual world
So, tell me mirror: Why do you even exist?
When you can't even show everyone their true face

Miracle

Miracle
Miracles are rare and precise things in this world
Or so every other human would believe
But I refuse to believe in them because I met you
You brought ruin with you into my existence
Wrecking my life with your mere presence
With your silver tongue, you poisoned those I cherished
Planting false tales of who I am among their memories
I have always looked forward to the future
But now? I desperately crave my end
Because of you
I gave you my heart, yet you played with it
You led me into believing that we were friends
Falsely playing the kind companion, passing the hours
But it was all an act, as I’m just a tool to you
Throughout all your rampaging, I stood by your side
Hoping to sway you into a different path
But it was all futile, as you refuse to wander
You bask in the destruction of other people’s lives
Now I’m beginning to drown in my self-grief
The price of me playing the fool
So answer me this, if you can
You claim to be this miracle, insisting I should be grateful
Now why should I do that?
You weren’t this miracle as you claimed
You are the inverse of one
The walking tragedy I ever regret meeting

The Impossible Star

You are way too things to me in particular
But there is one that is the most crucial of them all.
As well as the most vicious one?
It's the fact that you are quite impossible to attain
No matter how much one attempts
And believe me when I state that I have tried multiple times
They all always ended up failing spectacularly for me
And somehow, you ended up even further away than before
I don't know what it was that kept me attempting it
It always resulted in me getting wounded
And you getting away scot-free as you usually do
But then again, that is normal for you, isn't it?
You never seem to care about who you harmed back then or now
So maybe… it's a good thing that I failed then
You were exactly a good friend to anyone back then
You only seemed to care for one person: yourself
I don't quite understand how or why I was your friend
It was probably because of your honey words
I do understand however why the others left, though now
It's because of who you are as a human
You are the most vile and manipulative human to ever roam the planet
Even the most loathed being that lived has nothing on you
So… please do everyone a favor and drop dead

Time

Time, what a Chaotic being it is
It is Loved and Feared by everyone
It can dismantle everyone but yet it can also restore everyone
But Time can't perfectly heal us
Time hasn’t heal the wounds left by you
Time won't heal the mental scars by your parents
Time didn't heal the scars you afflicted by yourself
Time couldn't heal the damages done by your so call friends
You are not immune to Time, nobody truly is
You got bruised Physically and Emotionally
Ponder this then
Is Time genuinely your ally
Or
Is it your nemesis
Time will never perfectly restore your wounds, only partially
They will serve you as a reminder
Of which that
Illusions are in fact real
Not everyone is golden
Not everyone is your companion
