Jessica Sanders Poem
I have been sittng here,
Trying to find myself.
Instead I find a picture of you,
Sittng upon the shelf.
I missed you as you left,
To go to Heaven.
It seemed as if you were too young,
Considering you was only eleven.
I miss that sweet little laugh,
The one you gave me that night.
You know, the night that for your life,
You put up a fight.
You never let anything stop you
Or even make you fall,
You were ready to take on the world,
Ready to do it all.
And now with my sad and heavy heart,
This part comes to an end.
But I shall not say good-bye,
You will always be my friend.

Jessica Sanders Poem
Time has flew by,
It's already been a year.
Everyday I think of you.
I try to hold back the tears.
If I could've done anything,
I would have.
But your loss is what,
We now have.
Loved by many,
Missed by more.
You had to leave,
That's when our hearts were tore.
You were always,
So small.
Now you stand,
Above us all.
How could a child,
So young and small,
Affect the lives,
Of the big and tall?
That's something we may never know,
But as for now,
All we can do,
Is ask how.

Jessica Sanders Poem
My friend,
You, I did not hate.
But the time for me to tell you,
It's too late.
One day, high above the clouds,
We will meet.
Which to me,
Will be a great treat.
God took you,
And told me I must stay.
How I don't know,
But to you, I will find my way.

Jessica Sanders Poem
You was there for me,
Sometimes you would find me sitting by and old tree.
I was there for you,
When you were down and in the blue.
We would spend the summer together,
No matter what the weather.
During the day we had water balloon fights,
And play hide-n-go seek at night.
We went mud riding,
Without ever fighting.
Playing in the dirt,
You always had that little smirk.
You were always a few years behind me in school,
You were still cool.
Don't pull that lever,
Because friends are forever.
