English and Movies

Cinema Complexity,
I flex with Two Queens,
A box office specialty,
Especially with a sex scene,
English movers,
Movie goers,
Apocalyptic Mind Reading Flame Throwers,
Alien best friends,
Sarcastic gentlemen,
Leave your scent in the shower,
Walk out clean and empowered,
With a sunny disposition,
And a summer glower,
Truncated wires,
Flash bang blinders,
Rub and Tug with your service provider,
That sluggish lingering of credit defilers,
That euphoric tingling,
Blazing hot circuits spindling,
Touch gloves,
Touch hearts,
Touchy subjects,
Pointing out mistakes,
And clarifying sub-text.

I Hear the Subtle Speech...

What we need is reassurance,
When we re-stake a claim of doubt,
What we need is reassurance,
To make a relation last longer.
How we met, I played cards with chance,
A friendly query,
Would you like to dance?
Will we be assured,
A sturdy wall to keep us safe,
Will we be assured,
That our favorite feeling won't linger.
Don't give in, old habits painted red,
Since my main objective,
Is to keep you in my head.

Mushy

Compare this love,
To my favorite activities,
The " Fun and Games "
Need some clever similes.
Start off with a deck,
A 52 card hook-up,
We get shuffled around,
And our hands are held in Hold'em.
I have poured out my heart and soul...
I mean chips,
Into the pot...
Er... Relationship.
Your poker face is enough to make me fold,
It's cute, yet stern,
And it rakes in the gold.
If I am beaten,
We'll go to a pool hall,
Where a person is only judged,
By the direction of a cue ball.
A confining billiard rack,
What lies inside is set free,
Though you have the upper hand,
And know the angle of me.
Are we more than partners,
From our shots that wrought,
If performance gets shaky,
We may need more blue chalk.
8-ball side pocket,
Banked off the rail,
If ya make it in,
Our hearts could sail.

Reach

I robbed the sunlight,
A cure all remedy,
To fix the smallest pains,
That push to extremity.
You've made your cast,
Of emotional plaster,
Enjoy a warm comfort,
Of fragile tranquility,
Because if this pain wants to get to you,
It's gonna have to deal with me.
Honestly,
What's a few jams of hands and broken bones,
When the thing that hurts most is empty dial tones,
And what a doctor can't heal,
Means your sentiment is real,
So all ya gotta do is reach...
I am a fan of you,
And what you hear is true,
Though whenever we advance,
There's unproductive collision,
But surprisingly....
I'm still left up on my feet.

Kicked

Why does no one understand,
When issues attack the sweetest,
You see a hitchhiker lone,
Know they've walked with turmoil.
May it be skewed idealism,
Or unexplainable passion,
Seems a person can get caught up,
In more than one fashion.
Who here comprehends,
When the innocent get kicked,
The traveling hearts divine the throne,
But do they feel that royal?
Insurmountable greed,
Toward the one who sheds some light,
Listen to what the Hiker says,
And everything will be alright.
