Holding Back Tears

No one believes the child who no longer cries
but they don’t know I have no tears left in my eyes.
No one believes the child who never weeps
but they don’t know I always have to sneak.
No one believes the child who doesn’t talk
but they don’t know it’s hard for me to walk.
No one believes the child who has no proof
but they don’t know what happens under my roof.
No one believes the child with perfect skin
but they don’t know I can never win.
No one believes, but they do not know.

Men are brave, men are bold
they speak, for they are not told.
The rulers of the house as they may seem
to own the house is their only dream.
Men are strong, men are intelligent
they command every element.
But my father is the polar opposite
he’s my mother’s special monument.
But my father suffers in silence
as my mother uses her violence.
Men aren’t always brave, that’s stereotypical.

For I am afraid of the trembling unknown
as my father is no longer in the zone.
For I am afraid of the trembling unknown
as it’s my mother who wants the throne.
For I am afraid of the statement in my head
as it’s myself falling to shreds.
For I am afraid of the statement in my head
as no matter what, we’ll all end up dead.
Innocent until proven guilty is what they call my mother
yet guilty is my mother when faced against my brother.
Innocent. Guilty. They’re just words.

Turtles

Sea turtles swim with smooth splashes,
Turquoise ocean colours sparkling in flashes,

Beautiful patterns printed on their shells,
Other creatures are enchanted by turtle spells,

Sea life is spectacular, magnificent, breath-taking,
Land creatures are nonetheless shaking and quaking,

We adore them all, from turtles to seals,
Although the fear is no longer the eels,

Humans in the word, they have no sanity,
I’m looking around to see decreasing humanity,

They’re polluting the lands, the seas, the air,
Hardly any one of our souls tend to care,

Sea turtles mistake plastic for food, now listen,
This causes blockages in their digestive system,

Without our sea turtles what would happen?
No seagrasses, affecting marine life, that’s what’s crackin’,

No marine life means no fish for land creatures,
People starve, birds go extinct, plus more features,

This means humans won’t live another day,
Yet do we really deserve the world anyway?

Horse

Horse

Sixteen point three hands high sparkled with sparkles
with a sparkling bay colour covering his coat
shimmering in even the darkest of the darkles
every part of him had a shimmering mote
a white mane that shines with shinning confidence
shines in the breeze with sparks of shine
scintillating skin which scintillates his somnolence
makes me scintillated on top of his spine.

Gleamed with a gleaming personality that’s bold
stands out through his gleams of gleaming content
glittering playfulness in the sun glitters gold
making glitters express jubilation to no extent
happiness glistens from humans around him
glistening while he glistens his manicured hooves
his glowing blithe glows from every limb
which glows glowing specimens every time he moves.

Twizzles fly when he trots dazzling footprints
as he twizzles smoothly into twizzle-less canter
tactical movements tactically give no hints
when tactics win his magical enchanter
his spotless saddle twinkles the rider
to twinkle them both into twinkling stars
a perfect showjumper tenably a glider
reaching tenable levels spectacularly to mars.
