Internal War

Lights are blinding, so I clinch tightly to this choice, to arise for such an occasion, but the ugliness of it has slapped me back down, returning me to the freezing cold hell and its filth, bloods staining these fabrics, bars are apparent in a bleak future, possibilities fell short many years ago. This last flame, I'll keep it hid, away from all that are poisoning this world, far from deaths reach, this gift I will protect, for all that is most precious to us, there is a sacrifice to be made, I'll blanket every inch with my own flesh, spill every drop of blood, just to shield and maintain it's purity. That's the one pain I could never endure, Armageddon will surely be set free within that moment..

Emotionless

I call out for help, nothing,
I call again and again and again, but it's always silent in return,
So alone, in the company of you it increases,
Along with that gift you bestow upon me you give hurt,
Anxiety spiking with each passing moment,
The only peace I'm allowed is in their smiles and laughter,
But nothing lasts anymore,
What a wonderful world we live in,
People continue to pass you by as you lye bleeding, shaking, crying and choking on your own existence,
Will god grant me a savior, or will he too watch emotionless

A Fools Crush

I'm reaching for the unattainable,
Longed for it for so long,
It's all I can think, smell, taste or dream of,
He's beautifully flawed
And he's all I've ever wanted,
Full in touch,
But empty in words,
The moment passes
And I'm alone again,
Foolish to think I'm the one,
Foolish to believe I could've been enough,
Longing to cry out these feelings,
Stuck in refusals,
Screaming in empty spaces,
Echoes bounce off walls,
Where has my ghost gone,
Hope for memories to revive,
Clogging all senses,
Hating you when you leave,
Mouth full of white lies,
I love you anyway,
Leaping off the deep end,
Can't swim,
So I drown,
Where have you gone,
I can't find you in the body next to me,
It's hard to say I've been wrong,
Impossible to accept,
I'll remain alone in the end
