Laveena Makhaik Poem
On the path of healing
I stumbled a lot
As I continued my journey
My wounds were left open for the world to gaze
I hid them behind my smile and continued my ride
I was walking with long strides
Once reaching the stop I felt cold
I looked at my cuts and found them dripping gold

Laveena Makhaik Poem
Maybe I should weep and let this dreadness out
But tears are no allies of mine, never appeared when required
Maybe they are my permanent companion
Who refuse to let go of the abode and tag along forever
I have wept but never shed tears
That sounds delusional but I say it without fear
I have wailed in agony, millions of time in my head
A place where no one appeared for my comfort
A place reserved for personal despair
As for shedding, they don't wish to leave
They exist in my head, a cluttered place to be

Laveena Makhaik Poem
Perfection lies in front of my eyes
And i am dazed due to charred sight
Perplexed with the serenity and quiet
I am looking elsewhere in the illusion to fulfill my desire
What i need is a ray of light, that will blind my eyes
Opening the door of my mind
From where i can feel paradise and my soul twined

Laveena Makhaik Poem
A wanderer travelling in the abyss
Saffron blinding the mist
Blue covering the mighty
A tender wave decluttering the mosaic of rainbow
A deep dive into the green
Pondring into the white
Before black took over the spotlight
Where the wings flapped before goodbye

Laveena Makhaik Poem
In the blistering haze
I shuddered while it painted my gaze
I saw blood dripping while I reep
I was submerged in the profound and let it seep
It caressed me with a touch so soft
It melted years worth of frost
Drop by drop it engulfed me to a land where I was completely lost
I bathed in the shadows of lust
A fire so soothing, I felt thousand tingles in my burst
