from a lonely world full of hate.
In this world there's no love and friendship,
it's full of tears and hatred.

I was once suicidal
for a long period of time.
Overdosing daily.
Cutting at night.
Standing in the middle of the road
waiting for the impact.
Being pulled out of the way
right before the crash.
I prayed and prayed
for the day I died.
I planned and planned
for my suicide.
This week I realized something
that I never knew before.
How suicide affects everyone
and how painful it is when they mourn.
This lesson was taught to me
in the worst possible way.
Losing my Grandpa.
But now I pray.
Dear Lord,
take care of my Grandfather
and keep him at a peaceful rest.
Watch over my family
and help us cope to his death.
Amen.

Hush little Gracie
Don't make a peep,
Momma's gonna hold you 'till you fall asleep.
In her arms snuggled and warm,
Sleeping so peacefull through the storm.
Pitter,Patter of the rain falling.
Don't make a sound and listen to the wind calling.
Swish,Swish sound of the wind blowing through,
Laying in the bed with Momma next to you.
Cotton Candy dreams cover the world,
Go to sleep,Momma's lovely girl.
Hush, little Gracie's now asleep.
Lovely little girl not making a peep.

Laughter,
tears,
bravery,
fear.
Tension,
depression.
Heartbreak,
aggression.
If we stick together,
we can make it through.

The many tears I cry form a river around me.
My sorrow creates a current,
And my regret creates a wave.
My happiness was weak so it was first to go.
My anger slowed me down and made it harder to move.
My heartbeat faltered, causing me to go numb.
My loneliness whispered let go.
The broken pieces of my heart slowly drifted away.
My mind was swimming with memories causing the river to flood.
So I gave up.
My emotions ganged up on me and now I'm gone.
