Patrick Dunn Poem
stranded Soldier, tossed ashore forced to fight a gallic war .Bound by Honor, a task at hand. a sword and shield upon his back. a twisted Fate he is to find. Bound by oath and his Foolish Pride a hero to many, an enemy to even more. Destiny will decide his fate. His Wish only to return to his wife who Waits. drawn to battle he heated the call.this was the day that he shall fall, pitched dagger shield and all. he gave it his all, but alas that was it .struck down by the will he dared to oppose he did not cry nor weep, as his words begin to slur he remembered only the sun set. slipping into the gentle caress of the Abyss that truly awaits. that which he fought for, shall never more be more than ruins upon the shore .sharpend dagger and shield at hand. he set out for his final Journey to a Faraway land.there worries and weep are but foreign Concepts to the Common Man. pasted the gates he did go.To meet the distance figure dressed in Earl Grey and linen cloth imposing ,but full of boundless love. he accepted another son into his Heavenly inbrace. do not worry for the brave Soldier he is at piece . a piece in time we all shall find. pawn and King set aside .we're all equal in his eyes . gilded Talon ,dragon's claw. we are all equal, we all shall fall.

Patrick Dunn Poem
darken cloud and vengeful wind, cast a shadow upon the land. he stands with her hand in hand. so the die was cast fated love was at last burning bright the world was set alight. then the forces of Darkness faded from sight, fling to the deepest depths of our desires. the darkness came to rest in our hearts. tearing the bond ascender the cracks begin to show. shrouding that which was ever more upon this Earth. we shall walk forever more .we can no longer hear her words, nor her please blinded. by our own hubris in this Kingdom of modern man.we no longer hear the weeping willows cries nor the eagle's boundless tails of flight. fires rage and the Earth cracks atwin. try we may and try we might destruction is upon us and she weeps for her children, but from the fires the Earth will be cast a new. a blank slate from which we will never be new. This we should have all been wary, now the last The Last of Us stand as Spectators to the end. he wants to leave her for another, the red hair Beauty across the pond. she cast her gaze upon him but alas the contract was binding.hope was not meant to last. She was Baron a desert in her boundless Beauty from where man could never settle. so he fades Into the vast ether. A Beacon of life, in the ever expanding emptiness of the Stars so the two fated lovers, one much older than the other. free to pass they both shall last. both in the Eternal inbrace of each other . one will pass, but she will last .till father comes to claim his dues. an omen to all and an omen to none.this the continuing story of man.

Patrick Dunn Poem
I've been detached from reality, I can't hear Earth's Melody. foe and friend are the same in the end. the sky is blue but yet the lie is still not true. far from that field of green I wonder do you get what I mean. plagued by sin, blinded by guilt here in this house of filth. I daydream of a world unseen. where man has never stepped nor has darkness ever crept. suddenly the world is crumbling all around and yet I'm nowhere to be found. The Shadows spectres fades along the never ending Dawn. as I sit alone on this Magnificent throne. one of stone and Bone. I am forced here to atone for crimes I am accused yet I am the one that was abused. this pain can never be slain for it was all in vain. aimless I walk along the river that flows but the water is still and putrid. this journey will last for an eternity. until I am cold and stiff. my only wish Lay Me Down in that Earthened mount. where my ancestors welcome me with cheer and Glee. but until then I'm still here unable to be free stuck in this modern society .one that I've come to know is just a fleeting Glimpse in the falling snow. for all who Reade I hope you find peace. for I will be here among the reeds.
