A Wonderful Man : You
I love you for the little things that you do for me .
We wake up everyday to have a cup of coffee to start our day .
When your on the road we talk on the phone , at home we sit
and talk about our day , enjoy each others company.
I'm blessed to have you in my life , my best friend ,hubby.
Thank you for the person you have proven me to be .
A friend that cares, listens and believes in me .
A friend to hang out with , a loving papa , pawpaw too.
Your the rock of our clan , the greatest gift a women could have .
A wonderful friend ,man she can trust .
A Wonderful Man ; You .

Deadbeat Dad Named John
I know a deadbeat man named John .
Who knew we had a daughter from day one.
Everywhere we had to move he knew exactly
where we were ,never to have a relationship with her .
Finally that day came she gave him a call .
He did nothing but blame , saying I wouldn't let him
see her , SHE STOPPED HIM THEN AND THERE !
She let him know how wrong he was . He denied all that
,being her dad, knowing he was from the start.
Oh, how mad I was he saying together we never were .
Made her do a DNA test to try to prove me wrong.
Never asked for child support know what a deadbeat he was.
It's sad so many out there like him , Deadbeat Dads !

At seventeen I had to leave
although you didn't know.
You were so young,thought
I just wanted to hit the road .
I wasn't allowed to be near ,
or even watch you grow .
It hurt my heart how I
missed out on , so much
was just not told .
At nineteen , and in trouble,
I just had to grow up.
It was supose to be a lifetime to
never be seen again,as hurt as
I was to stay away,I wanted you
in my life , Now because of it
I'm paying the Ultimate Price .
You have no desire to know me ,
Who I am now , because of the
past mistakes I chose ,I lose out .
Just know I'm proud of who
you have become even though I
lose out and paid the Ultimate Price.

The Ultimate Price

my troubles I had to stay away.
I lost out on knowing you , you knowing me .
Just know I'm proud of who you have become .
