Your beauty is breathtaking
as we sit amongst the trees.
I will always remember this moment
when I try to go to sleep.
I hope you will not leave too soon
I’m selfish in that way.
I have so much to tell you
but I don’t know what to say.
Why is it so hard for me
Lord please give me strength.
My love for you is endless
as I sit alone on this bench.
I wish you were beside me
to hold me through this pain.
The tears are endless
it will never be the same.
I want to carve our initials
on every tree I see.
So when I hike the forest
you will always be with me.

LEARNING TO HOPE
Some days are filled with doubt
We think of life and what its about.
If I could get just one visitor today
I would know that life is going to be okay.
I hope that Jesus will stop by
His presence eliminates all the why.
He taught me how to hope today
Let go of the doubt was all he had to say
Trust what I tell you, faith can be hard
Hope can be your most powerful card.
Share your love with everyone you meet
Hope will make it a special treat.

LOVE IS FOREVER
Love begins with a simple spark
A cupids arrow that strikes the heart.
It buries its tip deep in our souls
A feeling that is very bold
It carries a vision that can’t be stopped
A feeling that will never be topped
Love is forever and will remain that way.
Our heart and soul can’t be taken away.
Cherish what love does to your mind
Its power will make you kind
Remember to tell them every day
Your love for them will never go away
