God

God took the sun from the day
and the stars from the night .
Now that i have your love i know ill be alright
from honeyed flowers he took the dew 
and made your tears 
unselfish and true upon a rock your faith he built
with angels prayers your breath he filled
and with your love made yours divine 
but best of all he made you mine
