Cleopatra

I need some time alone with my own thoughts
Cause it’s more artistic than Mona Lisa’s portrait,
Love has no secret, but we had our own
Good mourning to our love,
It’s haunting me at night,
It’s wanting me to fight
For you,
I’ve been throwing stones to a glass house,
And ask to fix it...
I’ve been blowing smoke...
I’m causing sickness and weakness
To a weakened heart,
It needs band-aids and stitches to fix the broken parts...
•••••
This winter, don’t get so cold on me, embrace my pain.
I’ll water your flower every summer...

Love In the Sky

FRIDAY
I fell asleep kissing her lips
She fell asleep on my arms
while kissing
We fell asleep on each other's lips
How deep is that?

DROWN
Her love is a rare truth
In her words I believe in
she’s my love and my muse
as lovebirds we’re perfectly
caged in.

TILL DAWN
Through hell with it
Through heaven too
In bed with me
In this bed with you
Our love is true.

Beauty of the Dark I

It was a house full of people
Everyone drowned in their conversations
The night of friends
Divided in circles
Chit-chatting
I was quiet like I don’t belong
Holding my drink
My eyes and mind on her
Her eyes hesitantly met mine
As she was biting her lip with a sexy inviting smile.

At that moment
My heart was racing with desire
My mind luggaged by the thoughts
of the things I could possibly do to her.
“Oh my dirty mind!”
I took a step towards her with my loud mind
Screaming all over the place.
“You look beautiful”, with my calm voice
that hid a lot of passion.
“You’re not so bad yourself”, she replied.
Her voice full of life and excitement.
“I’m Kat”, her eyes towards me like she’s looking straight at my soul.
“I’m Leo”, I replied.
The windows of my soul widely opened for her.
Her breeze so calming to the curtains of my windows.
She’ll change my beliefs on love.
