Lost Love

When I was young I lost my love ,
When I looked to the sky I saw a dove .

Waiting and watching to see what was next,
I saw the fish and heart and thought i was blessed.

The love that was lost is trying to find,
A place in my heart and in my mind.

The Fish stood for Life that I knew was gone,
The Heart stood for love that I had for so long.

The Dove stood for peace and I knew right away ,
That the love that I lost was the love that would stay.

Thank You God...

Everyday we awake in the morning light,
To see how wonderful the world is.
Just wandering around this beautiful place,
And knowing that it's all his.
Thank you GOD...
I look all around and see the trees,
The flowers all in bloom.
They look so green and lively,
And smell like sweet perfume.
Thank you GOD...
At night I see all the stars,
They shine so bright and clear.
They make me feel so safe at night,
And take away my fears.
Thank you GOD...
Each night I pray to you above,
To watch out of us down here.
And this I pray with all my heart,
Everyday of each year.
Thank You GOD...

The Work of God

We look outside to see the sunshine,
On a day so warm and bright.
The sun shining down from the heavens above,
Is Gods everlasting light.

We know in our hearts rain will fall,
And feed the plants and trees.
What a wonderful job he must have,
To create life and to part the seas.

When the weather start to get a little cold,
He wraps us in his heart of gold.
He gives us warmth and comfort as needed,
Until he feels that he has succeeded.

The love that you feel when he is in mind,
Is what you should feel all of the time.
For God our Father, our keeper, our Friend,
Will protect us and guide us until the end.

The Gift

I have a gift for you,
The box it's in is red and blue.
I tried to find the perfect one,
I went to where it all begun.

Some place in time when things were neat,
Back when we were pure and sweet.
A time when a rose was simple and caring,
To a time in our life we were preparing.

Now back to the gift that I have for you,
I've tried real hard to give you a clue.
All my memories of us I have to share,
With you by my side,in my heart and prayers.

Now once again I've giving to you,
The hope that my dreams all come true.
In this box that I give to you,
Is a BIG HUG and KISS wrapped in red and blue.
