Bullying kills a SOUL
The look on beautiful face
was missing today
She seemed distant and
lost far away
As I got closer a tear rolled
slowly down her face
Her eyes sad and heart
out of place
A hug and love did not seem
to make a change at all
Is there something that I
missed or someone I can call?
As the days still ticked by
second to minutes then hour
She just looked like she was
fighting something that was
about to devour
I stood quietly outside her
room and overheard my
baby girl start to cry
I gently sat close held her
precious hand and asked why?
Her cheeks covered with tears
and she could could hardly
say a word
I knew my baby girl definitely
needed to be heard
Our family began picking
up the puzzle pieces to make
her WHOLE again
With lots of love and effort we
we're able to change the sad into
better over time gone by
She was able to HOLD her
head HIGH looking to the
SKY
Bullying is veery serious
and causing our kids to
take their own lives across
this WORLD you see
The CHALLENGE will not
be easy and will take some
time, form a line behind ME

No one knows the pain and struggle
we go through every hour of every
day
We are survivors that most others
can definitely truly never say
Our daily lives have been changed
in every possible insane way
Together we can make a stand
and educate and advocate for
Fibromyalgia pain
No living being should be
in a world of hurt and strife
We ALL deserve to live the BEST
and productive life
If you have no suffering and each
day you awake like new
Fall to your knees and thank GOD
above for being you
Don’t look at someone's outer
cover and think they don’t look
like they are in pain
Pain can be masked with a smile,
its not always with a limp and a cane
Be caring and understand that we all
are different and not all the same
To a person hurting and hiding it all Inside, it's such a shame

Just a "hey" or "are you ok?"Can
truly change their day
The chaos in this world today
makes it hard for us to find
Our own way
Folks are living in grief and lost
In life
Stricken with dispare and strife
One thing we can do as people
With a heart
We can make a small difference
From the start
Pay it forward in a way that you
Can
Be it woman, child or man
Say a prayer as you lay to
Rest

Our little angels are being taken
by this horrible disease
GOD help to rid this from the
world please
It has no filter to pick and
choose you see
It could take hold of you
or hold of me
When it appears in our kids
it hits us most
Why did you pick our little
ones? They should not be
your host
They should be playing each
and everyday
Not laying up sick and hurting
we know that’s your way
Rid their little bodies of your
nasty hold
And take your sickness with you
as you go
The day will come as we STOMP
you out forever
We only wish that it was sooner
to make our little ones
better
We will jump for joy and shout
it to the moon
That day will come and
hopefully very soon
Little Owen is running and
playing in HEAVEN forever
more
You don’t have him to hurt

A sound wakes me
In the dead of night
My eyes quickly
try to focus into sight
Was it real or was it
Part of my dream?
How come it was
So real that I almost
Screamed ?
A lucid dreamer
I've always been since
I can remember
way back when
Sleep is all you want
when you lay to rest
But your mind keeps
putting you to the test
Eyes still half blurred
You start to think
Why did I wake?
There is a reason I
Feel it deep in my bones
But There is no movement
In my home
I lay back down in bed
Music on, my bible
at my hand
I open it up to see what
GOD is telling me.
It opens to Nehemiah
8:10
"For the Joy of the Lord
Is your Strength.
Now I realize he just
Wanted to remind me
Of what he meant

My eyes slowly open as night
Turns to day
I stretch and yawn and start
On my way
The night sent dreams that
remain in my head
Wonderful visions as a lay
quietly in bed
But now it's time to rise
and shine
Jump start the day, oh
daily grind
Positive vibes is always
my attitude
You will never find this
gal being rude
Putting on my smile is
part of my glow
For you never know who
You may show
Keep your heart and soul
happy as best you can
For we never know when
we will meet again
GOD is always watching
from the Heavens Above
Look up to the sky and
Feel the love

to calm itself down

See

The heart is a muscle yet
We use it as a symbol of
Love.
So protect it closely like a
hand in a glove.
We draw it on papers with
Cute little words to show
Our affection
But on rare occasion we
Are thrown a nasty rejection
Love is delicate and needs
To grow between to souls
It can tear you up or it
Can make you whole
Treat love when you find it
As the greatest treasure
Of all time
Because it may be the last
You see of it's kind
Love is a rarity in these

At a glimpse of my kids with
each new day
I see the amazing person
that has come their way
The clock has spun around
as if not even to stop
What is that I feel running
down my cheek? Oh it's you !
another tear drop
My son is so awesome and
now a dad again to be
It's hard to think that gentle
giant came from me
My daughter Hunter so
amazing and now a mommy
herself
I look at her different pictures
sitting upon my book shelf
My youngest daughter Bailey
so beautiful, has blossomed
so fast
Why can't I turn back time? Just
a few more days in the past.
Jaden and Zander are my lil
blessings now added to my life
When I'm with them and my kids,
there are NO worries or strife
Now lil Dallas is arriving in
August of this year
I'm so excited as I think of
his coming that I feel
more tears
GOD you are ALMIGHTY and
my ROCK of all ages
I know that you have been
with us as I turn the pages

Rock Bottom and Back
So dark and empty, cold and lonely as if in a pit,
But I know now rock bottom is where I had hit.
I called out in fright wanting someone to take me out,
It didn’t matter how I said it, quietly and some a shout.
Rock bottom is not a place I ever imagined to be,
Not a mom, a nurse, a Christian, why me?
I began to sob and held my faces in my hands,
Is this my life? Is this God’s plan?
I fell to my knees and began to pray and cry.
At times in the prayer I even called to God, why?
My life is a mess and I feel so trapped right now,
Tell me how to save myself, please tell me how!
The dark place I was in at an instance shed some light,
I knew it was God’s way I saw it, because this was
At night.
I felt a big weight shifting off my back, I knew
At that instance, my life was getting on track.
Tears fell to cold place around my legs and feet,
But even through the tears, it felt so sweet.
God was with me, I knew this for sure,
I felt light and lifting, true and pure.
Miracles can take place, even in tough times,
We have to believe he is yours and he is mine.
Rock bottom can sneak up and drag you down,
But hold on tight and have strength and stand
Your ground.
God is the saving and amazing grace,
He will keep you on track to win the race.
