New Day, New Year
My eyes slowly open as night
Turns to day
I stretch and yawn and start
On my way
The night sent dreams that
remain in my head
Wonderful visions as a lay
quietly in bed
But now it's time to rise
and shine
Jump start the day, oh
daily grind
Positive vibes is always
my attitude
You will never find this
gal being rude
Putting on my smile is
part of my glow
For you never know who
You may show
Keep your heart and soul
happy as best you can
For we never know when
we will meet again
GOD is always watching
from the Heavens Above
Look up to the sky and
Feel the love
Its a New Year 2017, be
at your best
And fulfill your DREAMS?
