• Backed onto a wall
• Lips together
• Unattentive to the stormy weather
• Spending hours in the room
• Sweeping her away like a broom
• Muttering sweet nothings in-between breaths
• My heart doing backflips in my chest
• I used to worry if I cause her stress
• I can finally put that thought to rest
• She showers me with compliments
• That trump any doubt
• We're back at it again and things get dark
• "Oh hey, the lights went out!"
Disaster or Triumph?
Do you feel like a failure or smile on each day?
Do you judge yourself harshly or revel in Grace?
Do your friends disappoint you or call you to play?
When they seem unattentive, do you give them space?
I've found Grace I give others does lessen my load,
So when life overwhelms, please consider Christ's path:
Ours not death on a cross; For Christ vanquished that road!
Grace exists for us all! You are loved! Do the math!
Man needs faith just to move, to source steps that he takes,
God as 'Universe' dreams a cold death! Sad if true!
But 'Creator God' LOVES all the worlds that He makes,
Might last miracle truly suggest God LOVES YOU?
