Trustfulness Poems

Wistful yearning for an air of trustfulness
Zeus' libido was famed for its lustfulness.

Who saved thugs till all wits were withdrawn?
No farmer ever wiped dew off the lawn.

Nor is tyranny feared or known as grim.
It was a depressing one overall, and dim.

To his love-stricken spirit and melancholy.
He repents of the acts and admits his folly.

Spread the aroma of a worm-eaten shroud.
Unrolled, it breaks or oils shreds in a cloud.

Depression is feared across the nation.
I crave your love; this is my correlation.

Tell me I love you if my mood is gloomy.
I'll be distraught, yet carry that light to me.

With vile lying, you preyed on our feelings.
I'm not retaining them back—it's stealing.

Premium MemberTen Outta Ten Ain'T Bad

Another spanking new day has begun
Filled with exciting things to do
Like shopping and spending piles of dough
I'm sure it applies to you

It's the way of the world, it's how it works
No one said it would be easy
Just look up yonder at that fiery red ball
Today will be bright and breezy

All is copacetic, everything seems fine
Copacetic as it's meant to be
Have I ever lied to you before my friends
My trustfulness is guaranteed

Okay, not every day will be a winner
But ten outta of ten ain't bad
Smile at the world, it will surely smile back
I have nothing more to add

Filled with exciting new things to do
Like shopping and spending piles of dough
I'm sure it applies to you

It's the way of the world, it's how it works
No one said it would be easy
Just look up yonder at that fiery red ball
Today will be bright and breezy

All is copacetic, everything's seems fine
Copacetic as it's meant to be
Have I ever lied to you before my friends
My trustfulness is guaranteed

Okay, not every day will be a winner
But nine out of ten ain't bad
Smile at the world, it will surely smile back
I have nothing more to add

Only Fools Tell the Truth

When I was a child I spoke as a child my intelligence was distorted and disjointed,
I spoke about anything that came into my head and spoke it loud little did I care,
Taught by a wise old grandfather who would tell me, better to be a fool than a thief,
Truthful myself, I never expect deceit form others, tell me a story and I will believe.

As I grew older my trustfulness of human nature was hidden guilelessness of thought.
These days I am never deceived because I suspect of all hypocrisy in all that I meet,
I have a stake in the general universal in life and have a cut-throat part to play,
There are those in this world who are out of place in it they overpay and trust many.

These good people are treated with laughter and a supreme contempt in this mad world,
How can some be ridiculed and what supreme contempt is able to conceive towards them,
We pity all men that will believe anything, these men can be turned round any finger,
This too pliable disposition may have arrived from an over pitched standard of honesty.
