thin veil within
to eye imperceptible
which needs to fall aside
if we are to make God visible

non-doer doing
an action by a doer
inner silence yet coloured
until we completely disappear

We are the subject, conjuring the dream,
as also the object, the dreamed actor.
How may object unreal cease to stream,
unless we comprehend the third factor:
being awareness, the integrator?
Taking awareness as attention flow,
which the urgings of our heart does follow,
stillness alone enables convergence:
voidness in meditational trance slow;
where, one with oneness, ends our indulgence.

Consumed by over importance of identity, the said voidness of imagined emptiness may be found to be contoured by sediments of ego, camouflaged as surrendered stillness. As long as there be size & measure, ego is manifest. As long as there be fear or desire, ego is manifest. As long as there be attachment, ego is manifest.

It was atlantic beach I went
In search of pearls and cowries
Sad, to voidness I return:
I do not see him, Dave my Lyric Man.
My darling Dave, 
Wherever you may be today
Roam not the street when it snows
Lest you soak your feet in it
Snow - yawning hungry morgue-
And coil not like millipede
Nor condense like wintery butter
But remember your warm cafe cup 
And that fair lady you used to write about
Drink and bounce and bounce .

On idle days,
the pointers of inspiration
slow down...
With nothing new on the front,
life is slow too...
I'm on the prowl
waiting for events...
I watch the sunrise,
and the sun goes down to dusk...
I watched the rain that didn't come,
my distant love
  that didn't match me...
I understood, then
that no poem
occurred to me, nor any
poetry I wrote...
I'm still on the prowl
of a busy novel days
that bring me inspiration

Quite a furlong away

May be on the other bank

Beyond the river

Of the conjugal pleasure

Flowing into the sea of voidness.



Or worlds apart

Beyond the mist of separation

That sings unique notes 

Notes of broken glasses, 

Notes of burnt gardens-

From a flute of death



Carried through the tides 

Of dark winter breeze

To the pyre of mourning

The death of my nascent dream
