Pruning

To awake the spiritual eyes in me,
I must die to myself, though unnatural it be.
Wake up soul, and see with new eyes,
how something lives why'll something dies.

Prune now my heart from bitter thorns.
Blow the trumpet, sound the horns!
Death to my will, my heart I give,
to the one who died so that I might live.

Jesus Toughed My Heart

Jesus toughed my heart an it was not same.
He set me free from my sinful ways.
He gave me heaven .
Just by letting him touch my heart.
The chains was broken around my soul now it feels nothing but love.
Hate and anger has left my heart.
I can now fly free where the angles sing in heaven above
just by letting Jesus touch my heart

Search For Love

We search for love but never we find,
Distance the heart away from the mind.
Sometimes we seek what others say seek
Ignoring the heart when it wishes to speak
Cease the moments, that touches your heart
It knows when to dance, and smile from the start
This light will illume you, and easier to find
So the one, to love you, no longer, be blind.

Ode To Mount Washington

Standing atop this massive mountain I feel at peace
I see every detail of the city
The city where my heart lies
The city where my heart beats
The rivers flow and come together in a sweet phenomenon
The air is crisp here, as always
Everything
Everything
In view
No one else can grasp
The awe standing here
Here over the city
Seeing it all
In bustling beauty.

Love Begins

Love begins with the stare
Then turning away
Love begins with looking each other in the eyes
Without looking away
Love begins with being friends
That is from the heart and soul
Then "Will you go out with me"
Love begins with the feelings
That is from the heart and soul
Love begins with hugs
And then with kisses
Love begins with "I love you"
To "Will you marry me"

Love begins sad
To happiness

Revival

Repel
The sounds of hate
Fate, voices of fury
That grip the heart in an icy
Embrace.

Repeat
The sounds of love
Words, songs and special gifts
That lift the heart upon the wings
Of doves.

Return
The sounds of joy
With a voice filled with songs
That seize the heart, no longer wronged
Royal.

Rejoice
With sounds of cheers
For here comes the new sun
And all hearts can be lifted up
In peace.

This Broken Heart

I see your tears and hear your cry and feel your pain inside
I know your thoughts and all your hurts from me you cannot hide
You say there is no-one to take away my pain
This broken heart inside of me will never heal again
At this point I want you to know I'm the answer to your prayer
Your broken heart inside of you I can lovingly repair
So when you go to sleep tonight remember I love you
And the heart that once was broken will be a heart brand new.

When I Find Someone To Love

When I find someone to love

Written By Dean Masciarelli

Friday, April 2, 2010

When I find someone to love

That is willing to share

There life with me

And I know in my heart

That it is the kind of love

That is meant to be

The first thing I will
do is to make sure

That I thank God above

Every single day

For bringing someone to me

That can fill my heart

With an ever lasting love

That can last forever and a day
