Lonely
Lonely in togetherness
No emotions for the so called happy couple
The divide among parties is quite severe
The absence of intimacy under the same roof
House of love has changed its name
Lonely in togetherness
Victims of circumstance...

Too Far Away
The days roll by ever slow
iIdream about the day May will come
Hoping to see you every night
Excited to wake up to you
Under the same roof
To see you in the morning
Before i go off to school
A gentle kiss on my lips
As you say fare well
A huge tight hug when i come home
Your eyes telling my, just how much i was missed
The eagerness in the kiss i receive
Will tell me just how much you love me
I just cant wait for that day May comes...

Some wishes must wait
Some wishes must wait all the time,
Life’s still such a bait all the time.

Grapes never go sour all the time,
Not tongues’, it’s mind’s trait all the time.

Strange, two souls under the same roof
Live a life of hate all the time.

Trust between two suffers some times,
Endurance abates all the time.

Ghazals would do well often times
If newness create all the time.

Daddy Here Yet Gone
he participated in bringing you here

my precious one ...I thank God for you as I stare at you in loving awe — mixed with fear

cause daddy is here—yet gone

how can he be under the same roof with us; yet we’re alone

it appears all he wanted was to spread his seed;
naive to your emotional needs

I’ll do my best in hopes you don’t follow his lead

clearly not God’s intent for raising you

which is why God made it so that procreating takes two...

Wind Power
The flame stands straight
On a candle burning itself
In stillness of the night
An old-authored book at the right
Side imitates the fate
Of a beggar’s palms
Waiting for alms

The candle and the book
Lie on the same table
In the same room
Under the same roof
The bitter air outside
Evolves into wind
It permeates the bamboo
Walls that veil no taboo
(For there’s nothing to hide)
Unable to read, it turns the pages
Without a wish, it blows
the flame out to darkness...

In the night's embrace
As the night is deepening, it's drawing toward temptation,
Driving me unknowingly toward romantic imagination.
She occupies me every time, every time she dictates thought.
You just can't get enough of imagination; she is such a sweetheart.
Imagining what if two souls were under the same roof,
Except romance in eyes, there wouldn't be any excuse.
They would have loved, adored; they would be in arms.
They would have unified, melted in each other's warmth.
