Ironing Boards
Question for you, chicks and dudes,
What is an ironing board to you?
Did you know they were surfboards?
Yes, they grow up, surf did bore,
Surfboards got a day job,
Being ironing boards is their lot,
Nonsense I do compose,
Only a joke in an ode!...

Summertime
Champagne scatters in the air,
as its cock rises high like a rocket.
Happiness oozes out in laugher and giggles;
bikinis and surfboards decorate the oceans;
music sets every stranger and familiar folk in rhythm.
Tonight we’ll burn in bliss, ‘til we’re seen from space!...

Surfing
We wobble, driven, over the edge of browsing surfboards. The ‘Beachboys’ haunt us as we slide toward the rocky domains of look-at-me blogs, or commercial choked pages. It’s okay, ride-on you wipe-out wizards, we are all just Peter Pans surfing with all the other lost girls and boys.

Bikini Dreams
BIKINI DREAMS

Beautiful young ladies
In tiny suits I see
Kissed by the sun, their bodies
Indulge my fantasies

Of women in Bible that are quite a few;
Surfboards did ride;
I really had lied;
Much pain and suffering they went through.

God and His Stillness

There we were with God and His stillness
When we had been blessed by His bliss;
To heaven leads;
Nothing impedes;
Trail on map in Bible we will never miss.

Premium Member When Snow Fell On Waikiki
Sunshine turned to cold sleet
Palm trees froze in place
Tourists walked down white streets.
to shop for hats and boots

Beach boys left the beaches;
 Surfboards were turned to sleds.
Rather than surfing waves
they slid down Diamond Head.

No more graceful hula;
grass skirts became passé.
Dressed in lederhosen,
slap-polka was the rage.

Don Ho found a new song
to thrill his many fans
 ‘Tiny toddies,’ every-
one, makes us all feel warm.
