Some years ago,
having more than I needed
and time on my hands,
I deposited funds from
one side of the country 
to the other.
Private, closet sized rooms,
sanitized for my protection,
visual stimulations upon request.
Today my progeny are everywhere, 
and not once in all those years
so much as a father's day card
from the ungrateful little rug-rats.

        exertions
           to overcome
              stimulations
imprints
  in a new phase
      an essential experiment
to assimulate
    to induce
          the tranquil
soft as falling rain
     a capacity to feel
     to purge the past
     the unseen the seen
to reveal
       & render anew
       & accentuate&embrace
in
   the contours
     of my mindh

Early mornings
How I hate them
Unreasonable conclusions
No stimulations
But I did love them

Unyieldingly demanding
Full of pep
Only if they knew
That was then
This is now

Up early
I just cannot do them
Things are out of control
I am past my prime
Seems so long ago

Now they are ruthless
No where to hide
Now they are clueless
No knowledge to acquire
No more confusion
