Technology's Price

Creating the future
  by killing the past

Techno Gomorrah
 —where nothing can last

(Villanova Pennsylvania: December, 2018)

Wind

The sparkle of the wind
Grazing over my soft skin
Leaving me breathless
Envelops my soul
Circling my tender heart
Filling me with love

In forgiveness

In forgiveness we would wish
It would examine
And see fit to bind
In prison of light
Seeing in our need
To be saved from our failings

Surely strength?

No strength is so sure
Yet fleeting, as noble men
Who, cloaked in valor

Do the things righteous
Without anyone watching
Unseen by the crowds

Horny Games

World becomes the hell
Rulers when cultivate greed
Hate begets revenge
Warfare body lives on blood
Deaths are politician's game

Winter Morning

This winter morning
Herons come to the swamp land
Seeking living food
Suddenly black cloud sheds rain
Winter coldness hugs born pain

Grape Squeeze

Grape Squeeze
By
Ingrid Showalter Swift

Shake me
Take me
Turn me inside out
Rake me
Make me
Turn my life about
Fake me
Partake of me
till ya turn the tide of doubt
Quake me
Don't forsake me
turn me into... a lover's shout

Open Renga Session

Through the cold ether
we can talk, who has never
once seen each other

( Gregory R Barden)
Weaving words like lace,
we trim the hem of language ...
made kin by our craft

(MAHTAB BANGALEE)
For ether we are live in one roof
beautiful

None Read My Poem

Writing a Poem of Love
Not much to cheer
Guess not my love
No one is my dear

Everything is virtual
Nothing is real
None write for me
None bother to read mine

Can’t lead my life
This way in strife
I write for myself
The Poem is for me

Run Away Together

Let's run away let us go far together let us leave the world We will run to the mountain there we will find billy goats There living we'll be with only Mother Nature to be our neighbor This is my dream forever I can't wait till it happens.

B25-Poem 48 I Love You

POEM 48 I LOVE YOU

I LOVE YOU WITH EACH PASSING DAY.,

I LOVE YOU THE LOVE YOU GAVE THAT GIVES ME STRENTH ALL DAY.

I LOVE YOU FOR US TO OVERCOME THE TRIALS OF LIFE.

I LOVE YOU THE VICTORY WE HAVE AFTER THE END.

Hut

In confluence of the river of life
Who hymn lots to gain
gets pain like hell besides having
a lot of gems and
wealth.
Those whose biography sails
love and compassion fair and faith
lives in love in words and thought
heaven they deserves to got
though may live in
dilapidated
home.

Premium Member Stolen Truths

Faded maps,
Empty promises,
A king's cruel decree.

Shadows lengthen,
On shattered temples, dust
Chanting, a false saviour.

Twisted truths,
A poisoned well,
Power's hungry grip.

Ancient stones whisper,
Secrets buried, buried deep,
We must find our light.

A single spark,
Igniting the heart,
Shattering the chains.

Premium Member A Lone Candle

A lone candle On Halloween night Softly burns The traces exuded Doesn’t burn my eyes The light it creates Lights up a small area Confined spot The shadows grow Across the table Is long and eerie There’s a soft glow That comes from the wick It burns real slow Down to the quick Leaves soulful imprint

Being hanged The skeletons drift In the wind They died a long time ago But still remain in a noose The pumpkins Have all turned white Still carved Evil faces Are bestowed upon them Terrifying all They are wicked in their eyes Darkness dwells around them The skeletons wait As the pumpkins do For Halloween

Water splashes As it moves at night The color lost It takes on darkness A discolored form The salty nature Of the dark seawater Tastes horrid The strong feel That is lifted into place The pursed lips The silky sight of water In the stark night air It flows so smooth Through the waves tonight Pouring on itself
