The meek cannot inherit the stars,
space will lose every ounce of luster;

the Universal Truth that’s plausible;
Lost within dive bars and basic cars,
no way you could go any faster;
Painted like a cathedral with scars,
your aesthetic makes you the master.
He’s tired of being undercover
He swears he’ll give up his outside lover
He has a good wife
But two is twice as nice
He made a commitment to one
But the other one is so much fun
If he thought his wife had another man
That would be more than he could stand
He’s decided not to rock the boat
Or push the envelope
He’ll be true to his “I do”
And give up his outside lover
