Plead with me,
in this agony,
to let us breath.
Extend our hands and arms,
towards the blinding sun,
and tell the world,
how far we've come.
In Prayer Will Plead
In prayer to God will always plead,
Meet my requirements and do need;
Never boast;
Enjoy coast;
Help me to overcome all my greed.
Jim Horn
Thank you for the guilt
you planted in me
for making me worry
for what I never did
for mistaking my intentions
and make me plead
for stealing my confidence
and my peace
When Praying To God Would Plead
When praying to God would plead,
And always told Him what I need,
To survive;
Remain alive;
Understood and with me He agreed.
Jim Horn
To speak for our Christ
Living letters of the Word
Preach in deed and truth
Our love has grown to a great extent,
But there’s something more that we need,
With a pure heart I have sown the seed,
Oh lord shower your mercy and answer my plead,
Waiting eagerly to experience the joy, ‘to feed’!
Form:
I once loved, But now I hate,
I can't take anymore pain,
The people I trust always turn,
The people I love always leave,
I want him back, I really do,
I want him to be mine forever,
Come back my loves, my true,
Because all I will do is plead.
He tread the path
Trudging and grunting
Toward a deadened hope
Vesting on his armour
While taking off
His own honour
Unsheathing his sight
As his trusted sword
He doubled his drag
Then with a song
Sounding his faith
He made a silent plead
Me and my muse had a fight,
She said I played it too safe.
Our nasty duel lasted all night.
I got so mad; I told her to leave.
She's been gone since October.
I have no tricks up my sleeve.
If you see a lackluster poem,
my muse is missing; blame her.

In the stillness of a cool, spring morning,
A cardinal’s heart is heavy – he’s heartbroken.
Softly calling for the lover he is mourning.
Thumps noisily against the clear glass pane,
Reflecting the scarlet bird, lost in his grief,
Striking the window, again and again – is he insane?
Shed on that certain kind of warmth
You give the waters that washed away our footsteps
Illumine the dark leaves of our past
Blown away by the indifferent breeze.
Desiccate the grass that invited conversations
But leave the roots unscorched.
I prayed to Autumn to blow away my pains
But Winter entertained me instead.
I won’t let Spring visit me
Until you burn down her cold heart, Summer.
While I was in heavenly places
Enjoying his majesties’ graces
I noticed someone not in view
I was hoping I would see you
You meant the world to me
Supported me through thick n thin
I can honestly say you made me see
The truth and necessity of salvation
Please before you leave the earth
And come back to the place of birth
Enter the salvation route I plead
For here in heaven with you I need

I hear her pleading
Deep bellow hell
She screams out
I try to tune her beyond
The intensity is great
Ear piercing horror
The words unclear
Voice of great fear
Yelling she tries
To catch my eyes
Beneath all hell
It hurts her still
I cry out for her to cease
Or her grave I will
Decimate and destroy
Intensifying her pain
She slowly recedes
Holding back her scream
I hurt from her terror
I don’t want to go to hell

Songs take voice in rampant whisper
'Pon the skyways of the Night,
Where truant Sun's no longer sway
O'er Moon's solitary reign...
As once again I durst there go,
To that lone moss-mantled Keep,
To unfathomed caves, my heart's retreat,
Enlamped but by sad yearning's glow.
There angels' psalms on black winds sound
Their dirge to Dream's descent
To flowered tombs- sarcophagi,
Where, loth to die, dim embers plead.
You plead my cause
Know that I'm not worthy
Note that I am filthy
And yet you came along
You came a long and you wash me
You know tat I was guilty
and yet as my lawyer
you plead my cause
I was lost in the wilderness
You plead my cause
I was blinded you took those scalds off mine eyes
now I see your wonderous light
I am so excited you plead my cause
