Leaves On the Ground
November in a teacup
Looking up at your face
Our set of changes
Our own autumn
Pizzicato motion feels
Pleasure inside my sound
When Love lies above me
Leaves on the ground

Where’s my loyal confidant,
If love recovers again?
This emptiness of heart,
Fulfills to be a single friend;

The jargon on my noggin,
What’s her color, favorite?
Pop in, lightly salted;
I am satisfied with –...

The Guitarist
He played on the guitar like a pizzicato
Who frequented one too many bars
Always demonstrating
A wonderful amount of restraint
Even during the main feature
At the local drive in

In the end
He came to realize
How much he loved pizza
And at the end of the day
Even if he couldn’t play
He could always eat it...

Premium Member Etude of the Rain
Oh those pizzicato drops Play a frantic melody Tour the scale from high to low Bravo! from the sleepy heads below The maestro empties out the clouds And then so quickly steals away But he'll be back to play again So lovely to have my roof of tin.....

Everyday Noise
White noise echoes equally from wall to painted mural,
dancing like a whimsy wisp of width;
where waters drip and notes all slip,
sound patrols the minute holes that cause acoustic depression;
pizzicato strikes like bikes on blacktop every day,
leaving skids for little kids, loud scats scoop brats away,
with solos soaring boringly and duets dazzling dew,
it’s hard to not hear voices, different choices scream at you....

Impromptu
i await
Thursday
her day
a date
in time

April
has a march
in 4/4
i must
write a score

do it
for duet
using her
voice vocally
instrumental

switch from
translate this
to a higher pitch
of cackled laughter
after which

jajaja transposes
to pizzicato notes
of ha ha ha
in a piece
where smiles

sound
like sunrises
sonrisas
and si si si is
both for yes

in
an
Italiano
Espanol
vocal
duet...

Imagination Waits
Plain brick walls
Wait for clinking cans of spray paint
To color in streetwise notions
Beyond the naked eye

Quiet strings of violins
Wait for hands to draw across bows
Or play pizzicato melodies
Beyond the well-trained ear

Blank pages
Wait for clever pens
To write stories and verses
Beyond the bare mind

Sparks of star light
Wait for a ready lifeforce
To ignite a hellmouth fire
Beyond the ordinary self

...
