flattery and compliments oozed out of her
she would apple polish a weirdo, a cur.
a suave sycophant of the nth degree
her nose as brown and smelly as an eye can see
Under the knife with a poke and a prod
That tube's stuck in where, say what, oh my God
Pain throbs to the nth degree
Everytime Willie goes pee
Putting something in there should be outlawed
Believe me, I'm a sun lover to the nth degree
How much is that, it's a bloody lot, as you can see
When old sol is shining
I see a silver lining
My mood is A-plus and everything is hunky dorry
Superb to the nth degree
Pleasant to behold
Exceptional in quality
Candied with extra-ordinaries
Terrifically produced
Above average by far
Crazily addicting
Unbelievable
Lovely to witness
Ageless
Radiant
Then when it's time to go to sleep
Lay your head upon my chest
And listen to my breathing, deep
And strong, excluding all the rest
It's only you my heart beats for
My bluebird, you're who I adore
I love you to the nth degree
And hope that soon you'll be with me
Read my heart now, open me
Take me down to Avonlea
Sit with me in Carmody
Study me and you will see
A man who with intensity
Doth love with an immensity
To move a mountain to the sea
Or climb the biggest redwood tree
And at the top proclaim to thee
Affections to the nth degree
Spiritually inclined
Altruistic to the nth degree
Generous and kind
Intellectual, yet carefree
Travel a lifelong love
Thighs like a thundering horse
Aiming for the stars above
Ruled by Jupiter’s course
Irrepressible, friendly and happy
Unselfish and never a bore
Sagittarius, the Sagacious Centaur
They say what doesn’t kill you,
Only makes you stronger.
Well if that really is the case,
I’ll let you cook for longer.
You said your name was Patrick,
But you look more like a stew to me.
Although so would a Frank or Virginia
When cooked to the nth degree.

I must tell you,
I find the narcissistic personality
Somewhat disgusting --
The type who loves
Only him/herself, you see,
On the inside never adjusting,
Who obviously think
They are superior to the nth degree,
Fame and fortune lusting.
Loving to see their name in print
They seize opportunities
To say, “Look at me!”
I suspect they are secretly rusting!

Eyes of sapphire, dazzling blue
Locks my gaze, looks right through
Mine, honey brown, together blends
Behold your beauty apprehends
Heartbeats sync, pulses one
Desire grows, exponential sum
Squared then cubed, the nth degree
This passion that's inside of me
Cannot be measured, yet contained
Impulse, I try to keep well trained
You know, it's there yet out of view
I want more, I want you
...Someday...

Don’t repeat.
Make it short and sweet.
Really and Very
Are words that don’t carry
A crucial amount of weight
To a descriptive word’s state.
If you must abuse
The word that you choose.
Then at least speak the power
So listeners do not sour.
Say “Very” to the third
Even though it’s quite absurd.
At least you’re being clever
If listeners respond, “Whatever.”
When reminiscing, I can clearly see
two laughing teenage girls who cruised carefree.
Life showed her gentle, smiling side as we
shared dreams and secrets to the nth degree
and danced away most days quite happily.

It hits my nose
Vanilla rose
An onyx ring
Wow, can she sing!
This bluebird fair
With long brown hair
And gorgeous eyes
Yeah, butterflies
The brightest smile
Seen from a mile
Her very essence
Onstage presence
In denim, dresses
She impresses
Clicks and cues
And comfy shoes
Boots at times
The stuff of rhymes
Ok, I'll stop
I've said alot
But there's much more
I hold in store
The nth degree...
Believe you me
This morning I saw a late winter cardinal
Harbinger of spring
Redder than red
But the color of energy
Thrilling
Trilling life
Throbbing the veil of eternity
Specter formed in rare sifted air
All the micro-micro macro
To any Nth degree
Dots.....dots....dots............................
Mini of mini..............................................
Beyond what eye can see
Transition to
One single speck
In isolation
And another
Then
Endless others
And within each
An eternity
